The therapist that I saw initially paid little attention the MRI report that I brought with me and after a cursory examination advised me to go on an elimination diet (I am not overweight) because he felt that my symptoms were due to lymphatic obstruction and systemic inflammation. He advised me to resume my hot yoga practice although I believe that was instigating factor that led to the sciatica and did not recommend additional PT so no follow was scheduled. As a medical professional myself, I would not advise going here for PT if you have significant structural and functional spine disease

He listened and said he would talk with the person who has caused troubles for me. The receptionist, "Cadence" was so nice. Rio too.... I signed up mid October to start swimming laps in a nice warm pool in November. I got the flu and called asking if I could make up lap days? The woman, Shandra, said I couldn't and that I had only a few days left since I started in October. I tried to tell her about the billling and scheduling and she wouldn't have i, insisting I'd started in October when I paid. I got frustrated, being sick, and she got frustrated insisting she was right....finally hanging up on me! I talked with the boss about it and he said to just come in for a day swim pass. Well, I told him and a subsequent email that I would like an apology, even leaving a phone message. I called recently and she again was rude! I said I had the paper work to prove that I was right! It makes me never want to go back. She even said she'd called me a few times and got a too-full message machine. I have Never had a too-full machine. She also said that if there were negative incidents I would not be welcome again. SHE was in the wrong and could NOT APOLOGIZE. She hung up on me, very unprofessional. When I recently called, asking for her..... I said lets just be nice...that I wanted to return with good vibes.. She couldn't do it. Still waiting for a phone call...it could fix everything! I really like everyone there...but she has not been very nice.. I am the victim here.....I started first week of November and she won't even review my bill and try to work it out. She was all to willing to refund me so that I wouldn't come back. On the phone this week, she actually said "I don't need to talk to you". They will be losing alot of business because I live 20 minutes away and love to swim and planned on going every week until I can't anymore. I am a new widow and this was my happy place. ...until I ran into Shandra. I've never met anyone so unpleasant in my life.

My daughter is only 18, struggling collage student at 19. She came and asked if we can help her on this bill before it goes to collection. My wife and I made a payment of 300.00 to prevent it going to collection as per their billing team to find that is not the case! Right after we made the payment of 300.00 as requested they sent it to collection!?!?!? Over priced and needless to say my daughter is going else for her therapy in Spokane for 1/3 of the cost per visit! and she is treated good!!!! It is all about money here, NO small town feelings at this place!! Over priced and underhanded ethics.

Just know after ur first appointment the rest of your appointments will be 5 minutes. Didn't help my pain at all, not even one bit. The chiro I'm seeing now does and definitely takes longer than 5 minutes. Seems like more of a money making machine than a chiro office. Just get them in get them out get our money right? So I would drive 25 minutes, usually wait 5-15 minutes after checking in and then only be seen for 5 minutes. For massage, the male masseuse I had made me extremely uncomfortable..was lecturing me and non stop talking during my appointment. I specifically asked for a female masseuse after that and they kept scheduling me with men so why would I show up to the appointment?? Ridiculous to charge me no show fees, so you expect me to place myself in an uncomfortable situation with a man because you can't follow a basic request? Enjoy my $300, because clearly y'all need it more than me :) I hope you're proud of yourselves charging a young woman who was the victim of a reckless driver because she didn't want to be in an uncomfortable situation with a man. Also, this is an unsafe area, tweakers hang out right outside the building. Much much better options out there. Really disappointing you guys...I would assume you got in to this field to help people but clearly I was wrong. Major changes need to be made, I strongly urge you to do better and treat people with respect and dignity.

Working with Youthful has been a terrible experience! We were referred to here for my son when he…read morewas 8 months old for a delay in crawling. Things started okay. The PT, Ellie was nice, but not very helpful in suggestions, and not that hands on and if he was fussy at all would usually cut our sessions short. Once he was crawling she moved us to once a month. From there we did not hear from her for three months, while he was trying to walk. I kept texting and calling, asking about appointments and sending videos of his walking, which seemed off. Eventually we heard back and she referred us to get orthotic braces. (Something we could have done months ago). Then she left. We got a new PT, Aliece who was nice, much more hands on, and more helpful with exercise suggestions. A little ways into it, we were put on a once a month schedule and it would take up to 3 weeks to hear from her for an appt. Again, we were left for 3 months with no appointment, at which point, they wanted to discharge him, which after speaking with the owner, he said was an error on his part for lack of communication. I reiterated all of these problems that we've had and that communication seems to be lacking everywhere there. Here we are, a month after leaving their service and I just got a text from Aliece about scheduling William for an appointment, this is 3 months from his previous appt, a month after speaking with the owner and the PT had no idea that we weren't going to Youthful anymore. This was after speaking with the owner! Horrendous communication and scheduling! There needs to be guidelines. We've been with them for over a year, my son just turned 2. We also had a speech eval done after we, his dr, and teacher, all shared concerns about his speech and the therapist asked some questions and then wrote us off and said we'd check back when he was 3. She didn't even observe his speech. The priorities of this company and therapists are clearly not aligned with providing crucial therapy to young children so that they may move and talk through this world and to support families with children that require extra support. If you care about your child do not waste precious moments with a company that can't even communicate with each other let alone the parents.
