Stationary bike, treadmill, arm bike, exercise balls, bands, etc. You get the idea. Overall an excellent experience.

There I met Ciera Brecto my female physical therapist. Due to life's choices over the years I have had a number of PT's due to multiple operations of both knees, back and joints. Ciera is the best of many. She knows her stuff, greats you with a smile, and is attentive to your needs. She does her job with a smile and understands when and where it hurts while working to improve your motion and healing.
