Very caring and supportive environment. They are always checking in to see how you are and modify where needed. Great treatment suggestions for at home care as well. Their justification for such high price was "Medicare allows us to charge that much". Update: 6days after this review posted, the owner Jeff Royter called me to let me know my business isn't welcomed at Tailwind and to find another therapist. It's pretty clear that Jeff and Tailwind are charging insurance & Medicare for multiple expensive services during one session, and Jeff isn't going to put up with clients asking for a brief explanation about the service codes and associated fees.

He does not have a compassionate bone…read morein his body, he sat there and fidgeted with his reflex hammer for the entirety of the appointment and he seems to have great difficulty sustaining eye contact for any duration of time. He kept going back-and-forth on his possible recommendations for me, even though he said he wouldn't do those procedures himself if it were him, he was all over the place. He comes off as flippant and extremely uncaring. The only exam he did was strength testing and the area of pain was completely covered for the entirety of the appointment, he didn't even look at it. I can't seem to find any positive reviews on this doctor and I wish I would've had time to research him prior to this appointment. I sincerely hope the other doctors at this pain clinic do not treat their patients like they are a second class citizen or a waste of their time. He was not only a waste of my time but a waste of my hard earned money and I have already informed my referring doctor about my experience with Dr. Gilmer. This was essentially my last hope for some pain relief and my hope was to get relief without medications. I guess that's not to be with this guy. FYI: there are some other reviews for a Dr Gilmore. I'm quite certain the writers of the reviews for Dr. Gilmore are meaning Dr. Gilmer. Just keep that in mind if you ever have to schedule at this place. Within 6 weeks I had outstanding results. Continued once a week for 9 weeks and am very pleased with the outcome. Yes they work you hard but they want the best results for you. So far after 2 visits I leave feeling more relaxed with a lot less pain. They ate considerate and explain everything they are doing and why. Dr.Gordon PT came highly recommended to me by my mother and another family member that required PT in the past. I can't stress enough how much different it feels to be here, it's almost like family. It already seems like it is accumulating many patients as it is currently booking appointments about two weeks out. Physical therapy services offered include pelvic floor, prenatal, postpartum, breast cancer, and sports. I really wish I had known about prenatal PT prior to having kids; it seems like it would have made delivery much easier and myself better informed. I can't say I *love* going as awkward as pelvic floor PT can be, but all the therapists (all women) here have all been professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process making a cringey experience as easy as possible.
