I had responded to a Facebook ad from another Chiropractor, where you pay $49 for an evaluation, which includes a second visit going over the results, after having an x-ray. The Dr then gave me a sales pitch suggesting 3 visits a week, cash only as they did not accept insurance. I felt like I was being closed by a car salesman. So I looked at Yelp and found Valente Chiropractic, which accepted my insurance. Dr. Greg looked over my x-rays and interviewed me to find the best plan of action for my treatment. Dr. Greg is a true health practitioner. I have seen him 10 times so far which has had a positive impact with my issues. I have seen one of their massage therapists, Allie, who was amazing and have a second massage appointment tomorrow with Jill. I've been going here for over 3 years and they are the best chiropractors and message place! Staff at the front are so nice and got to know me by name :-) Safe, caring and all around best place for chiropractic care! I was seeing Mike and Greg for chiropractic care. Unfortunately, Mike passed away and Greg has thankfully taken over patient care. I give Greg 5 stars!!! He is personable, adequate, takes time to talk to you about stretches and follow up care. I will continue to go here because I have been to several chiropractors and this is by far the best! I do have a co-pay but nothing else. Some insurances cover message but mine does not. I liked that Valente gave me an adjustment on my first visit & my back pain & tension in my neck went away instantly. I had seen Dr Mike back in November 2012 through January 2013. I was in a vehicle rollover accident and with Dr. Mikes expertise in chiropractic care and recommended massage therapy I healed remarkably quick and no long term injury effects. Most recently he and Dr Andrew treated me for plantar fasciitis. I have been struggling with this condition for many years. I have tried many different remedies. Most recently paying approximately $700.00 for custom orthotics. My recommendation to anyone suffering from plantar fasciitis is to make an appointment with Dr Mike and Dr Andrew before going through the expense of custom orthotics. My feet have never felt better after my first treatment. The VooDoo Band treatment is amazing and am now pain free and uninhibited to walk without pain first thing in the morning. read more

I have known for a while I needed work done on my back but I have been putting it off for the time it takes from my day. I finally had to go in, I set up a time and they fit me in that day. They worked with my schedule as I set up follow-up appointments, which is fantastic. Dr. Valente is who I saw, he was personable and gentle. He was knowledgeable but did not assume that I knew what all the medical terms were. He explained how it happened and what it would take to fix my back. He was gentle and applied the pressure necessary to get the job done. He is not a small man but his touch did not reflect his size. I was dreading this experience, however now that I have been once I am much more eager for the follow-up appointments knowing what I can expect. Definitely a cut above! I was cautious going in as they have won "Best of Spokane" several times but you just never know. I came in with a lumbar problem that was both annoying and sometimes extremely painful. I was treated by Doctor Czapla and if he is any indication of the talent in this office then they are miles ahead of the competition. Extremely knowledgeable and effective at correcting and realigning my twisted spine. If it was possible to give a higher rating, these guys would definitely have it! read more

I sneezed and my back seized up. I literally couldn't walk. Andrew took me in (4th of July weekend) and realigned my hips and spine. After one adjustment I could walk, touch my toes etc. Andrew told me to go out golfing!!
