But i was impressed with front desk and assistant,Elizabeth and Sophie, with their kindness and professionalism. I appreciated Jeffrey (the chiropractor) who was very patient, knowledgeable and methodical in his approach to chiropractic care - he is very seasoned at what he does and I was and am very appreciative of him. Again still skeptical at that time but within 2 weeks I was feeling like my old self again - i was shocked and very pleasantly surprised. I have been in 4 car accidents caused by other drivers, have experienced whiplash and have years of pain. I have been to many different areas of pain relief, PT, massage, acupuncture and other forms of Chiro but I have never had such immediate and long lasting results. Dr. Hannah is great at his practice. He is careful and wants to know the before the why and the how. He is intense and I would highly recommend to any one where constant pain is like a fly always buzzing around you. I was a new patient at this clinic and was upset and confused to find that this business does not have a mask wearing policy in place. The receptionist and chiropractors here only wear face shields. Also in my first appointment I arrived to find 4 people in the lobby making it impossible to sit 6' away from someone so I sat in my car. In addition to the inadequate and irresponsible covid protocols I found this office to be overly focused on selling me on their treatment by making me sit through an unnecessary computer presentation and then recommending what felt like an unnecessary amount of twice weekly treatments and receiving a discount for paying for them upfront. They also do not offer an adjustment as part of the first exam appointment. Bottom line, I felt very unsafe in this business. read more

Summary/TLDR: Clear Chiropractic is made up of a very rare set of genuine, kind, and compassionate specialized professionals who excel and go above and beyond in every part of service and treatment to make a positive difference in people's lives that will both be felt physically and mentally, and able to be observed scientifically. Long review: I've always been very skeptical of the wester medical professionals in general, especially after seeing first hand the way drugs are prescribed so easily to could be perfectly health patients that only temporary treat symptoms with negative side effects that can last a lifetime. Exacerbated by the corruption and negative influence of pharmaceutical companies in an industry that has largely become for profit. With usually absolute no mention of proper nutrition, exercise, and self care. So much so that I stopped seeing a doctor for over 5 years after meeting a rare one who told me I was healthy enough I could get away without check ups. As someone without medical insurance I didn't really have a choice so I put an extreme focus on yoga, exercise, nutrition, abstinence from anything that might take away from me, and in general, self care. However modern studies have shown that back pain and injuries do not fully heal on their own and without the proper treatment and care pain and problems will develop later in life. So of course in my case the inevitable happened and I was hit by a truck as a pedestrian that fractured multiple ribs with suffered abrasions to my knees. Considering how negative my experience at the hospital was (they didn't even do x-rays on my chest area, told me I was fine, and when calling later told me I would have to do another hospital visit if I wanted a re evaluation). Infuriated I didn't leave my bed and refused further treatment from providence court. After dealing with insurance though I realized I was going to have to get an attorney who insisted I seek out treatment so I did. I was recommended PT and I also got into massage therapy. During seeing my past masseuse who I use to see for backpain that developed while I was in incarcerated for 2 years. She noticed there was an unnatural curve in my spine that was previously not there when she saw me so recommended that I keep focusing on yoga and maybe go see a chiropractor. I initially tried to find one locally but after being one person telling me he didn't treat anyone with open insurance claims (which made me feel uncomfortable that trained professional didn't want to take responsibility/accountability for someone's back and later realizing that if not treated correctly a chiropractor can actually fuck up your back even more) and another place saying they charged a 70 dollar fee not able to be paid for insurance just to schedule a visit I decided to look elsewhere. Always impressed with my experiences in Spokane from having asthma as a child and going to sacred heart and practicing yoga at Yarrow and Beyoutiful yoga I decided Spokane wasn't too far to look when it came to my health. After looking at about a dozen reviews and seeing the crazy positive ratings at Clear I decided to give it a shot, despite the reviews seeming too good to be true. It was definitely strange at first. Everyone was so kind and nice, almost like that the salesmen at the grocery store telling you everything you want to hear to try and push something on you. But at the same time I didn't feel pressured and something about the atmosphere seemed holistic so I decided to keep an open mind and hold my skeptics at bay. They did some x-rays and some tests, linked me up to a software program and showed me that I actually had a serious misalignment. Threw me on a bunch, did a click, and put me on a super nice anti gravity chair. Still skeptical I couldn't tell if I had walked into the most legit facility in eastern WA (or literally anyone I've been before) or the biggest scam in modern medical facilities. Felt pretty normal all things considering. They told me my neck was gonna be stiff and give me advice on how to hold my adjustments like good posture, minimal but at least some regular movements, etc. On my drive home (72 miles) still feeling pretty normal I got a call. It was the owner and person who did all my adjustments/tests calling me on her personal cellphone after work hours. Okay I don't think I have to mention how rare that is as that's probably only happened to me once before (it was a defense attorney who turned out to be one of the most legit caring person I've ever met). She wanted to make sure I was doing okay and see if anything came up. Not really feeling the effects yet I thought a little strange but also more comfortable that I was in the right place and was like sure. Later I was pretty glad cause the effects that hit me about 15minutes later were super profound and I might have freaked out a little if I didn't get a call that I was able to link to what just hit me. I was so excited to see a female run health company in Spokane, but unless you are ready to drop hundreds of dollars for nothing, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was having so much back pain, I could barely walk. I went in and was told that in order for them to do anything, I needed to have $300+ x-rays done. While I was disappointed that this was a waste of time and they could not do anything for my pain, I left and moved on. However, a week later, I received a bill for $150!! I was in the office for maybe 10 minutes max, was told that I needed to spend $300 for them to be able to help, and then got charged $150. SUCH A SCAM! I understand if there is a small fee for a consultation but $150 for 10 minutes is absolutely absurd. If it cost me $500 to get in the door, I cannot imagine how much services are. Unless you are a millionaire and want to wait weeks to feel better, try another place! read more

Not the clear team, they isolate the problem, educate you on why it may be happening and offer a treatment plan to correct it and create a long term fix. I started going to Clear Chiropractic getting many migraines in a month, constant neck and back pain, hip pain, and a very unbalanced body. They took x-rays, took a few days to put together a treatment plan specific to my needs, and made it happen. my C1 was compressing my brain stem and they were able to gently put it back and maintain my alignment for the last 6 months or so without ever twisting, cracking, or popping my joints. After the adjustment, the zero gravity chairs allow your body to accept the adjustment before hunching over in traffic, scrunching your shoulders, poor posture, etc. I absolutely recommend EVERYONE who has structural pain/other issues to come see the doctors at Clear. read more

In March of 2016 I decided to see Dr. Rachae Bell for an injury I sustained that involved my head and neck and left me with chronic headaches and sharp neck pain. The headaches were so constant I thought they would never go away and any physical activity would leave me feeling a sharp, shooting pain up my shoulder and through my neck. Being a very active 30 year old with a passion for snowboarding, golf, hiking, and playing with my 5 and 11 year old kids, I thought this injury would be life altering. And for quite a few months it was. I had a hard time playing with my kids like I used to, and any snowboarding at all left me feeling miserable for days with constant pain and increased headaches. The pain persisted for quite some time while receiving treatment and I doubted the effectiveness of the adjustments. But knowing Dr. Bell's background, training, and passion for helping others, I had faith that she could heal me and get me back to 100%. I have been seeing Dr. Bell for about a year and a half now. I went to see her after I had work place related injury to my neck. Dr. Bell is very thorough and explains everything with great detail what is going on with your body, and showing you a treatment plan and where she hopes to see you in the future. I don't think my injury would of ever gotten better if it weren't for her treatment plan. Dr. Bell is very compassionate and cares for her patients after my LnI expired she had great affordable payments plans for me to set up so I could continue the care I needed, even though LnI didn't recognize I needed continued care. If you have any sort of pain, or autoimmune disease, actually just about any aliment you can think of I recommend seeing Dr. Bell, or Dr. Ellis, there cervical care with help you feel better. Whether you have or insurance or not she'll work out a way to give you the care you need. I started seeing Dr. Boll earlier this spring. I've been involved with chiropractors for years and have had good experiences. Upper cervical care, however, is specialized chiropractic with special training. Regular chiropractic was not helping me enough. I first heard about Clear Chiropractic from seeing Dr. Boll at a trade show and decided to give it a try. Despite seeing a great chiropractor regularly, I was still having neck and shoulder pain and headaches. Sure enough, my head was leaning to one side even when I thought I was standing up straight. As Dr. Boll began treating me, my head started "staying on straight"! My headaches reduced significantly as did my neck and shoulder pain. I highly recommend giving them a try. Another thing that makes them unique is they have zero gravity chairs you rest in for 15 minutes following an adjustment in order to let the body get used to the correct position. I think that made a big difference as well. Dr. Boll explained things clearly and in detail, giving rationale and explanations for each step of the process that made sense to me. read more

I was referred to Clear Chiropractic. I went with lower back pain from a fall on ice. I was put on a 8 week plan with multiple visits each week, and focusing on my neck, not lower back. Of those visits, I can honestly say that I did not spend more than 5 minutes with Dr. Bell, yet my insurance was charged over $2,000. And at the end, my lower back pain was worse than when I began. I subsequently went to PT and after first visit, my lower back pain was greatly relieved! It seems like a factory in there, always a full waiting room, and very little time that I could observe after many weeks, spent with any patient.
