I'll start with saying Sean, the boss, has said I am welcome in the facility as of yesterday. I"d complained in person to him before. He listened and said he would talk with the person who has caused troubles for me. The receptionist, "Cadence" was so nice. Rio too.... I signed up mid October to start swimming laps in a nice warm pool in November. I got the flu and called asking if I could make up lap days? The woman, Shandra, said I couldn't and that I had only a few days left since I started in October. I tried to tell her about the billling and scheduling and she wouldn't have i, insisting I'd started in October when I paid. I got frustrated, being sick, and she got frustrated insisting she was right....finally hanging up on me! I talked with the boss about it and he said to just come in for a day swim pass. Well, I told him and a subsequent email that I would like an apology, even leaving a phone message. I called recently and she again was rude! I said I had the paper work to prove that I was right! It makes me never want to go back. She even said she'd called me a few times and got a too-full message machine. I have Never had a too-full machine. She also said that if there were negative incidents I would not be welcome again. SHE was in the wrong and could NOT APOLOGIZE. She hung up on me, very unprofessional. When I recently called, asking for her..... I said lets just be nice...that I wanted to return with good vibes.. She couldn't do it. Still waiting for a phone call...it could fix everything! I really like everyone there...but she has not been very nice.. I am the victim here.....I started first week of November and she won't even review my bill and try to work it out. She was all to willing to refund me so that I wouldn't come back. On the phone this week, she actually said "I don't need to talk to you". They will be losing alot of business because I live 20 minutes away and love to swim and planned on going every week until I can't anymore. I am a new widow and this was my happy place. ...until I ran into Shandra. I've never met anyone so unpleasant in my life. read more

Deer Park Physical Therapy--- If you do not know it is about 300.00 a visit for therapy??? This place sure knows how to treat people like shit, make you feel less than and demand payment of 300.00 dollars for every visit???? My daughter is only 18, struggling collage student at 19. She came and asked if we can help her on this bill before it goes to collection. My wife and I made a payment of 300.00 to prevent it going to collection as per their billing team to find that is not the case! Right after we made the payment of 300.00 as requested they sent it to collection!?!?!? Over priced and needless to say my daughter is going else for her therapy in Spokane for 1/3 of the cost per visit! and she is treated good!!!! It is all about money here, NO small town feelings at this place!! Over priced and underhanded ethics. read more

I just successfully finished treating my second injury in the past 2 years, at Deer Park Physical Therapy. Each time from the front desk with Andrew to the personal trainer's, Paula Taylor to the Therapists Mark, Eric Franco, Janelle James , etc. they were able to get me out of pain and back to fully functioning in a short period of time. The most recent issue was I was in excruciating pain with every step I took from pinched nerves in my hips. For the last week to 10 days, I have been pain free. This would not have happened without their knowledge and expertise. They are very good at what they do! read more

If I could I would put zero stars to this place, me and my son (17 months old) were humiliated today by one of the workers there. Instead of coming to me and asking to put our personal belongings somewhere else, she put them on the floor near the trash can leaving the note on top ( i bet she spent more time writing this note than coming to me personally, even though I was right there, waiting for my son). It is very unprofessional and I have no desire to come back to this place again, we tried to get our money back, but they refused, giving us only a credit which we do not need. read more

I've been here many times. But never done the water therapy. Janelle was wonderful. Friendly and skilled. Definitely would recommend. Every one here is friendly, welcoming and professional. I appreciate the safety procedures they have in place that made me feel comfortable doing PT during Covid. read more

I have been coming here on and off since I moved to the area in 2012. Started off as physical therapy and continued for a while. My main physical therapist was Corina, who is super cheerful and informative. Always pushing me positively to get stronger and stick with all my exercises. Before I started traveling a ton I joined their gym to try and loose some extra post injury weight. Not only was Corina helpful in passing along ideal exercises and various machines that'd help with the different affected areas. Not only did I make my trip to Hawaii in better shape, but I left with a more toned and bootyful behind. If you join as a family, (two or more I believe) the rates aren't too horrible. The swim lessons offered by Deer Park Physical Therapy are a local hidden gem. I've struggled for years to find swim classes for my 2-7year olds that were taught by instructors who really enforced their instructcions with the kids versus just letting them play in the water if they didn't immediately follow along with the instruction. The pool is a difficult place to begin with to get little guys to focus in while also just speaking loudly enough to be heard over splashing and echoing in the building. And up until now my younger children especially quickly picked up on the fact that following the instructions were optional and I found myself paying for my children to essentially just play in the pool or having to constantly go to the side of the pool to intervene and reinforce instructions given by the teacher. Chance, the instructor at Deer Park Physical Therapy is such an asset to their facility. He's young and enthusiastic and playful and quickly becomes a favorite of the kids but he's also firm and makes them listen and enforces his directions in a way that shows maturity and leadership beyond his years. He does a lot of tweaking of his instruction on the fly to help different children master a skill they may not be getting down through his general instruction to the class as a whole while simultaneously keeping the rest of his students on task. He presents new concepts in as many different ways as necessary for a student to grasp it. I'm impressed by his ability at a young age to see that a certain child needs something explained to them differently and to utilize so many different tools and ways of explaining swimming skills to young children. I feel like I'm absolutely getting back a great return on my investment of time and money into swimming lessons for my young children. All four of my children have made great progress in their swimming skills in just the last two months of lessons with Chance. I highly recommend him as an instructor. The class sizes are smaller than other local lessons also so the kids get better/more coaching than they have in other local lessons. The location is so much easier than commuting to Spokane and the prices for lessons are competitive/comparable to other local lessons. read more
