He explained everything as it was happening & went very slow, but when he numbed me instead of expecting a count down of sorts he just exclaimed "done!" Haha I thought that was good. No pain at all and very little anxiety. I'll be going in again soon for my other hip and highly recommended them to anyone who wants friendly, competent, quick service to come here. When I indicated I was in pain and needed to be seen, she shrugged her shoulders and told me to go to the emergency room. Horrible customer service. I'm now going to have to wait weeks to get an appointment with a back specialist with no treatment in the interim. What is the point of having a walk-in clinic for acute injuries if you just turn away patients to the ER? Absolutely ridiculous.

They offered an "initial appointment" with their PA, which would mean multiple appointments, if I could drive 3.5 hours there and be there by 8:30 in the morning. I said I didn't trust them not to cancel on me so forget it. Now I have to search for another surgeon and wait several more months to be seen while in pain.
