well, I'm quite upset about this business and their billing, communication and verification…read more A message was sent to refund to a previous card due to issues with the other one, and THEY REFUNDED on the issued card. Instead of making it right and canceling that and reading their notes about which card to refund too, and also, calling to verify if that is a good card, they just refunded it incorrectly. Then instead of answering my emails, are calling to try and figure it out and work it out. I informed you of exactly how to make it right, and yes I was in billing and insurance so making excuses is not my favorite thing and shows unprofessionalism. Until this situation is resolved CORRECTLY, I will not be "on the phone" you can reach me via email, since you didn't want to answer my call for 5 weeks regarding this issue. Thanks.

He was thorough in gathering information and listened to my concerns. He saw issues no other doctor had noticed before. He kept his approach so simple, yet they immediately started to clear things up. It's been so refreshing to see a doctor that listens and challenges at the same time. He's the first doctor to connect the emotional and physical together and that is a key missing piece in the medical world. After seeing how he got down the the primary issues so quickly, I booked an appointment with Dr. Kinley for myself and have found answers to my health challenges too. Definitely recommend Dr.Kinley for anyone who wants a clear, solid and natural approach to their health.

They spend the full time of their visit with you and are very hands on. The only reason I stopped going, was because my insurance decided that Synergy was not in my plan after a few of months. I recently have changed insurances and plan to return as soon as all of the insurance details are finalized.

Referred by my primary care doc for massage therapy. Had several visits there…read more The therapist was busier typing on the computer, teaching me the "homework" she loved to give, explaining the therapy, etc, rather than actually doing the hands on massage work (which was what I needed and was sent there for). I did not want to learn to become a therapist. Out of the several hours I spent there I got about 1/2 hour of actual hands on massage therapy. I left and went else where to save money, time, and get the hands on help I needed.

They have found my Father a couple caregivers that are amazing. I worked with Donna, Joni, Ayla to find the exact right fit for my Father. I fully trust the caregivers who take such excellent care of him. They are dependable, proficient and extremely helpful. Caregiving is a skill that requires much patience, and compassion, and that is exactly what I have found in the caretakers who care for my Father. He needs a lot of help and attention. I am so happy with my caregivers. Most importantly they have really made a positive impact on him (he has Alzheimers). He has truly established a bond with them, and I can't imagine not having their help. I spent many months caring for him alone, and now I am freed up to work, and rely on them to take care of all his needs from exercise, to feeding, to companionship, to engaging him in activities. And, if/when there is any downtime, they are taking care of light household duties. They lifted a huge stress and burden from me trying to do things by myself. Angel care has truly been a blessing.!! I am very thankful, and they truly are "Angels".

Angel Senior Care and Donna Young have been a true gift to our family. We first connected with them…read morewhen my dad needed help at home. From the very beginning, their caregivers were compassionate, dependable, and respectful of his dignity. Every person who came into his home treated him with such kindness and professionalism, and it gave our whole family peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. When it became clear that it was time for him to move to assisted living, we had no idea where to start -- but Donna guided us through the process with so much care and expertise. She listened to our concerns, asked thoughtful questions about his personality and needs, and helped us find the perfect fit. Her placement services were truly invaluable. As my dad neared the end of his life, Donna and the Angel team didn't just step back -- they stepped in even closer. Their support during those final weeks was compassionate and unwavering. They helped our family navigate a deeply emotional time with grace and warmth, making sure Dad felt comforted and cared for every step of the way. I can't thank Angel Senior Care and Donna Young enough for the love, professionalism, and support they gave us throughout every phase of this journey. They are an absolute blessing.

Working with Youthful has been a terrible experience! We were referred to here for my son when he…read morewas 8 months old for a delay in crawling. Things started okay. The PT, Ellie was nice, but not very helpful in suggestions, and not that hands on and if he was fussy at all would usually cut our sessions short. Once he was crawling she moved us to once a month. From there we did not hear from her for three months, while he was trying to walk. I kept texting and calling, asking about appointments and sending videos of his walking, which seemed off. Eventually we heard back and she referred us to get orthotic braces. (Something we could have done months ago). Then she left. We got a new PT, Aliece who was nice, much more hands on, and more helpful with exercise suggestions. A little ways into it, we were put on a once a month schedule and it would take up to 3 weeks to hear from her for an appt. Again, we were left for 3 months with no appointment, at which point, they wanted to discharge him, which after speaking with the owner, he said was an error on his part for lack of communication. I reiterated all of these problems that we've had and that communication seems to be lacking everywhere there. Here we are, a month after leaving their service and I just got a text from Aliece about scheduling William for an appointment, this is 3 months from his previous appt, a month after speaking with the owner and the PT had no idea that we weren't going to Youthful anymore. This was after speaking with the owner! Horrendous communication and scheduling! There needs to be guidelines. We've been with them for over a year, my son just turned 2. We also had a speech eval done after we, his dr, and teacher, all shared concerns about his speech and the therapist asked some questions and then wrote us off and said we'd check back when he was 3. She didn't even observe his speech. The priorities of this company and therapists are clearly not aligned with providing crucial therapy to young children so that they may move and talk through this world and to support families with children that require extra support. If you care about your child do not waste precious moments with a company that can't even communicate with each other let alone the parents.
