I've worked out in different capacities for years, and thought I knew what I was doing in certain areas, and they have added so much and corrected many things I was doing wrong. - the place is kept clean (no nasty skin infections or chronic awful gym smell). - you can work out in a class setting or go solo during open gym time (5:30am class is where it's at!!!). - workouts are created and led by trainers, taking all the effort off my brain to think up what to do. - I'm stronger than I've ever been in my life, both physically and spiritually. My walk with the Lord has grown deeper for many other personal reasons, but Christ Fit has been a significant part of that. - as Robbie is fond of saying, "Get comfortable being uncomfortable!" and "Get used to doing hard things!"
