Every one of their specialists is absolutely amazing -- kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you feel your best. Each stretch is completely customized to how your body feels that day, and I can already feel a huge improvement in my mobility and a noticeable decrease in my everyday aches and pains. It's worth every single dollar. The owner is truly lovely, the receptionist is always so welcoming and helpful, and I don't think they could have asked for a better team. I have been coming here for over month now and I have notice that I am more relax and my body feels like a million bucks! After a long day at work I come here for 30 minutes and there team knows what they are doing. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to be more flexibility and reduce the sciatica pain in your lower back plus helps reduce stiff muscles in your lower hip, back, and knees. I went to this SZ for one year. I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed the stretching; Brandon Zuniga is amazing. Well, after one year I decided to terminate the membership. Much to my surprise, I received a bill on my credit card for the month after I cancelled the membership. I called and asked Andrea to help me with that charge and remove it. She informed me that she sees yet another charge on for my next statement. I then asked her to remove both and to confirm. I tried to contact her on several occasions. Silence. After two weeks of texting and leaving messages, I called the credit card company and the fee was never cancelled by SZ. What a huge let down in service. From what I am reading here, this is not an isolated case. read more

Was excited to try this place out, but their customer service is nonexistent. Pressure to purchase a membership with them vs continue with payment after service. I agreed to a one month membership to test the service, was excited for it. After a little bit, I realized this model wouldn't work for me. No harm done, I go to cancel. There is no where to cancel the membership online or in their app, there's not even a section that discusses membership cancellation. So I reach out to them via email and request the cancellation. They did not cancel the membership, instead they emailed a cancellation link that didn't work. If there's no way to self service the cancellation, and the link provided by them is wrong, I expect them to cancel the membership - as there's literally no way for me to do it. Weeks later I get a charge for the membership again. I reach back out and they informed me they canceled the membership as of the day I reached back out, so the charge stands per their T&Cs. Their email said, "It looks like the email we sent you back on July 28th in response to your July 26th request to cancel attached the incorrect link to cancel. I apologize if this made it difficult for you to cancel your membership with us." It didn't make it difficult to cancel the membership, it was the wrong link and made it not possible. They've charged for two months of services, but haven't provided a single service for those charges. read more

Honestly, this place is a complete joke. I purchased a stretch session when this establishment when it first opened and was never told of the session expiring. I called to see if I could use it and they told me it was expired and that I would not be able to redeem my purchased stretch session, so, in other words, they pretty much stole from me. I spoke to the manager who contacted the owner, and they were still unwilling to help so if I were you, I would avoid this place being how they have horrible business practice. Response to your response, you never called me once after I purchased the stretch session. I also told you nobody ever notified me that there was an expiration date on my stretch session. You mention that I wanted 2 freebies, but that doesn't make sense at all, I paid for the stretch session! Your response is enough to show your business practice is unprofessional. The mere fact that I paid for a stretch session, and you will not honor it is completely unprofessional, aka Theft!!! read more

Love Stretch Zone!! They strap you to a massage table and stretch you farther than you could EVER stretch yourself. I feel soooooo much better after a session. You owe it to yourself to give it a try. You will thank me later! I have gone to both the Rancho Palos Verdes and Redondo Beach locations and they are both great. read more

I've been coming to Stretch Zone weekly for a good 6 months now so I thought I'd update my review. I'm so happy to say that the quality of this place has remained consistent all throughout. I can confidently say that the stretches and customer service are top notch. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, and the place is always clean and well-maintained. The stretch practitioners are very knowledgeable, taking their time to listen to your areas of concern before they skillfully work their magic. The quality of my stretches has been consistent all throughout many thanks to my stretch practitioner Mariely. She truly has been amazing this whole time; thanks to her my lower back pain has been very minimal and my mobility has improved a whole lot. My hip flexors used to lock a lot causing me pain and difficulty walking, and Mariely focused on them until the problem was completely resolved. She worked miracles for me! Apart from Mariely, I have been stretched by Kat and she does such an amazing job as well. I feel like you can't go wrong with any of the stretchers! My job is physically demanding and it is such a relief to know that I have a place like Stretch Zone that help me recuperate on my days off. The stretching is always amazing. But the client policies is what really brings this place down. Their appointment cancellation policy is as close to theft as you can get. If you don't cancel a day in advance, even if there's some medical or other emergency, you lose the entire value of your session. For someone dropping $400 a month that's a $50 loss I cannot accept. Want to cancel your membership?? Need to write a letter and mail it in a month in advance. All the while you're being charged. If I'm dropping hundreds of dollars at an establishment, then I feel like a 2 hour prior to visit window is much more reasonable. I had a 1pm appointment and around 10am realized I needed to go to urgent care. For a place that promotes optimizing health they need to revamp their client policies. read more

I was lead to this business by an IG ad for a complimentary stretch session. The facility was near, clean and well-lit. The staff were all welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about kinesiology. I received personalize service from Mariellie who was patient, thorough, and very encouraging. She provided information regarding several ailments that occur as a result of a sedentary lifestyle and the benefits of a more physical activity. They do not accept insurance but FSA/HSA is welcome. Went to get gift cards for family members. Have heard a lot of good things regarding stretch clinics so figured id get a bunch for relatives. The arrogance, ignorant, incompetence that sat behind the desk completely changed my mind. Younger lady with glasses, hispanic, curly hair, heavy-set. Couldnt answer simple questions which i understand is ok. Its ok not to know something. But her way of going about it was first giving a firm decline then look for the answer. Asked how much do sessions cost then she replied, cant give prices and i can see her hands and eyes going all over the screen frantically. I had Eric as my stretch therapist and he is amazing. i come in feeling my joints out of place , tight all around and i leave the place feeling like i'm in a 20 yo body . He definitely knows the mechanics of how your joints /muscles work and how to release the tension . only wish the sessions could last longer..... the idea of someone stretching you out is great as most of time i am so tight it really requires someone else pushing or pulling me harder than i can do on my own strength--some places i just cannot reach. highly recommend. come check it out . ask for Eric! read more

Place is good for stretching but they never answer there phone I've missed like 3 appointments because they don't answer.

Much of my day consists of sitting behind a computer. Over time I've developed pain throughout my neck and lower back and general tightness almost everywhere else. I've tried massages and they feel great in the moment but do not produce long-term results. Similar things can be said for the chiropractor. As a former athlete I've struggled with the thought that my body is aging quicker than I want it to. That's where the Stretch Zone RPV comes in. Regular stretches with Eric have produced greater results than anything I've tried in the past. His expertise in targeting and stretching out precise areas has allowed me to regain flexibility and get deeper with in my daily stretches. This place rocks! My wife encouraged me to go in. We are a physically fit family and we are always looking for ways to improve our health and fitness. One month ago, I was a walk-in at the Palos Verdes zone and took my son with me for the introductory session a few days later. We've been attending twice-weekly and have nothing but praise for this facility. From the moment of entry, the ambiance is uncluttered, calm and conducive to the pre-stretch state of relaxation, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and competent (I'm a physical therapist with thirty years of experience). Both of us, my son and I, are former dancers with active lifestyles, and we're offered the ability to customise the session to our perceived need for that day. She was very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and answered all my questions. She explained all my different options for programs with no pressure and with her recommendations for a good fit for my needs. I came to Stretch Zone with a history of a serious fall, 5 years ago, and difficulty with my mobility and safely maintaining my balance on my daily two mile walks.
