This class is amazing! I am very active and most of the time go to 2-3 classes a day. TrampoLEAN is…read morein my top favorites ever. My alignment is much better after taking this class. I also find myself noticing how upright and good my posture is which is very important to me. Great workout, thank you!

I'm honestly not a big gym kind of girl--don't get me wrong, I enjoy working out, but I just hate…read moredoing the same repetitive treadmill, elliptical, stair-master workouts whenever I want to get some exercise. So thankfully, there are unique classes like trampoLEAN out there that keep my workouts exciting so I don't have to drag myself to the gym every time I want to work off the 3 desserts I likely had the night before (#facts). I signed up for the trampoLEAN rave class, thinking that it would just be a fun, little workout on the trampoline where I might sweat a little. HAH. Boy, was I wrong. This is a LEGIT workout, and I guarantee that you will be sweating. A lot. It's basically 50 minutes of non-stop cardio on your mini trampoline, complete with resistance bands (free ones and ones you pull from the ceiling), weights, glow sticks, and of course, rave-y music. Not only did I have a blast jumping every which way on my trampoline (after I got over my initial fear of falling and busting my ass ofc), but it was a great workout! I DEF felt like I burned off most, if not all of my 3 desserts from the night before (thank god so I'll be able to have another 3 desserts the next day), which is all I really want in a workout class. Will 100% be back for another trampoLEAN rave class in the future!

Out of any fitness club I have ever belonged to, Club Pilates has been my favorite so far. Since it…read moreis just classes, and you have to sign up ahead of time, it really forces me to go every single day. There is a good variety of types of Pilates classes, so it doesn't feel like you are doing the exact same thing everyday. The instructors at this location are fantastic. I do have my favorite instructors for certain, but honestly the ones that are there right now are all great. A few things I don't like, but not enough to knock off a star. Sometimes getting into a class can be a pain. Often I have to be on the waitlist for a class. Most of the time I am able to get the class of my choosing, however sometimes I have to choose a different time that isn't always the most convenient. If you have the unlimited plan, you are also not allowed to sign up for more than one class a day UNLESS, there is room. Someone at the front desk can place you in the class if that happens. I don't always want to take more than one class a day, but sometimes I would like the option. Especially if it's on a day when my favorite instructor is teaching and I want more than one class specifically with them. I think for the price that we are paying to attend such an expensive Pilates club, more class times should be available so everyone can go to the classes they want to be in.

Avoid this location at all costs. Front desk is rude and not helpful. I was only 5 min late and she…read moretried to reschedule me a week later for an intro class. Sweetie keep working front desk and learn how to be accommodating. The directions to this place wasn't clear in the email and I honestly do not find the area of this studio safe. Go to the city instead to a well established Pilates studio.

Stretching is one of the key things you can do to help eliminate or reduce the risk of injury. So many people have told me about Yoga and Pilates so I stopped by The Furnace to see what it's all about. I read the 2 other reviews on Yelp and agree that they are friendly and do not pressure you about joining. They have a lot of options as Yoga is not for everyone. You can start by taking one class for $25 or you can purchase an Intro Month for $99. The Intro Month allows you to take one class per day, so if you go everyday for the first month that is just $3 per day. They open at 6:00 am and their last class most days start around 8:00 pm. They are open 7 days a week. They have an upstairs and downstairs. You would need to purchase a Yoga mat and a Yoga towel. The towel covers the mat and will lessen the chance of slipping on the mat. There are 26 different positions to learn as well as 2 breathing exercises from what I was told. They have storage for your shoes and you can purchase beverages as well. The woman who was there today was only there for a few days and knew almost everything she needed to know. From what I can see they seem trustworthy and I would recommend them from what I e seen and heard about them.

I felt my abs targeted & the instructor Jon was really good at giving breathing instruction to help get through the moves. Definitely a worthy class. As always the staff are super sweet & accommodating. Yay to one more great class to add to my routine!!
