My experience with The Roof Clinic was exceptional. When…read moreEric came to inspect my property, Georgia was in the middle of a Covid lockdown and I was pleased that he followed CDC protocols and the entire process was contactless. After inspecting my roof, Eric gave me a call while still outside to give me a summary. He followed up with a detailed estimate and guidance on working with my insurance company. After filing my claim with my insurance company, I had to wait nearly a month for my mortgage company to release the insurance check (the mortgage company had to endorse the check). During this time, I kept Eric in the loop and he was very understanding. In fact, he even offered financing options while I waited for my insurance check. When I finally received the insurance funds, I called The Roof Clinic to schedule my appointment. My roof installation was scheduled for 8am on 8/21/20. That morning, Eric was sitting in his truck outside my house a little after 7am awaiting delivery of the supplies. The team arrived by 7:30am. The supplies were delivered by 7:45am and by 8am they were actually ripping the existing shingles off my roof. By 8:45am they were done stripping the roof. Around 1pm Eric returned to inspect the work that had been done. By 1:30pm, I had a brand new roof and the crew was gone. I can't say enough good things about my experience with The Roof Clinic. Eric was courteous, informative, and very responsive. The work crew was on time, worked quickly, and delivered an excellent finished product. In addition, the price was more than fair! I highly recommend The Roof Clinic for all your roofing needs. (Note: My roof is the 2nd from the right)

This has been a nightmare from start to finish. Communication dropped off after the contract was…read moresigned, work was poorly coordinated, and follow-up requests were ignored. After installation, we had problems we never had before: roof leaks, ceiling damage, and animals entering the attic. We also had roofing nails left around our property that caused flat tires. Every time we reported an issue, we were given a different explanation...a nail, then the chimney cap, then chimney caulking. We have video of their "water test" where water was sprayed directly into the chimney cap vents, which is not a realistic test of rainfall. An independent chimney inspection later found no issues. We also have documentation from pest control showing missing drip edge that may explain how animals gained access. This company did not properly stand behind their work or provide a consistent, honest assessment of the problems after installation. I would strongly caution homeowners to look elsewhere.

We had a challenging situation where my wife invited one of those drive-by roofing companies to do…read morea free roof estimate one Saturday morning, and unbeknownst to us they ended up damaging the roof to make it appear to qualify for an insurance claim. They told us that we had hail and wind damaged and insurance would replace it. We had several neighbors who have successfully used Roofserv, so I invited Ryan Quady out to do an inspection and provide a second quote, and I was shocked when he came off the roof and said not only was there is not enough REAL hail or wind damage for a claim, but the FAKED damage will necessitate replacing the roof as shingles were torn, bent backwards, and struck. Due to roof vandalism claims being a bit tricky with the insurance companies, Ryan recommended a public adjuster that can help navigate and hand hold the insurance company. Good thing too, because the insurance wanted us at first to replace the damaged shingles only, but after some time and with the public adjustor working on our behalf along with Roofserv, the insurance company ultimately agreed to a replacement. The new rool went on in a day and is magnificent! The crew was expert and professional in every way. At the end of the day I thank the Lord that we connected with Roofserv and Ryan. We never felt rushed, Ryan explained everything, and his honesty and integrity really made a frustrating experience go much more smoothly and with the best/correct result. Now we have a new roof that will last a lifetime - and if not, Roofserv will be there to back us up!

During the past year, at least 15 representatives from roofing companies rang my doorbell, told me…read moremy shingles were defective, and offered to fix my roof at a discount. Since the trustworthiness of roofers in general is lower than it is for any groups except used car salesmen and congress people, I ignored each offer. Then, Colleen from Regal Restoration Services in Kennesaw rang my doorbell with a different pitch. She explained that since the kind of shingles on my roof had developed so many problems, they were no longer manufactured. Since they were no longer manufactured, there was no way to replace them with a similar style. Because of this, some insurance companies were willing to replace the entire roof for just the cost of the deductible. She offered a free inspection to determine if we were eligible. We set up the inspection, Nick checked out the roof, said he believed there were enough damaged shingles to make us eligible, and asked what we wanted to do. We went to the Internet, Angies List, friends, and neighbors to check out our shingles and Regal. We learned that we wouldn't be able to sell our house without replacing the shingles. We found that though Regal is a relatively new company, its management has many years of experience. We also discovered that the reviews for Regal were better than for most roofers, and so we decided to give Regal a try. It's a good thing we did. Nick and the construction team were on time for every appointment, answered questions I had about roofs that no one else ever had, and completed the job -- and clean up -- on our 2000 square-foot roof in a day. Today, we have a new roof for the cost of our insurance deductible. This never would have happened without the considerable knowledge, skill, and experience Nick has in working with insurance companies. I don't know whether roofers in general deserve a bad reputation, but I know that Regal could not be better, more professional, or more pleasurable to work with and that's saying something. I don't know many people who describe replacing their roof as a pleasure.
