Arodi was very professional and made the whole roofing and insurance process STRESS FREE! This is a local, family owned business! He gave me an honest and fair quote. He never tried to change the quote or increase it after my insurance company sent over their approval and numbers! He stuck to his original quote! This is how great this company is, they (Arodi) bought black spray paint and he painted my chimmy cap with a second coat so it looks as nice as the roof and gutters and leaf guards! He also asked the roofing team to paint the pipes and chimney cap on roof, which they did, but they ran out of paint and Arodi said the chimney cap needs a second quote! Amazing customer service! The install team was right on time and did an amazing job. I really luv that they had women on the install team! They used a drone throughout the install process and I could checkout the link to see the whole process and to give me peace of mind that NO shortcuts were taken! Their work was efficient and they met all required compliance upgrades as requested by my insurance company! Clean up was phenomenal as I only found 5 nails around my yard in past two months! They used tarps and a long metal magnetic nail finder! The crew picked up all their trash and they were just very pleasant and kind individuals that take pride in their work! My experience with their gutter and leaf guard install team was just as exceptional! They were on time, efficient and very professional! They also sent me several drone pictures! Amazing job and I couldn't be happier! After months of research, I decided on the CertainTeed shingles in Moir Black due to the thickness, the warranties and outstanding reviews! I then added the black gutters and black leaf guards!!! My house is the best on the block thanks to StessFree Roofing. lol. (Will add some pics)

We had a challenging situation where my wife invited one of those drive-by roofing companies to do…read morea free roof estimate one Saturday morning, and unbeknownst to us they ended up damaging the roof to make it appear to qualify for an insurance claim. They told us that we had hail and wind damaged and insurance would replace it. We had several neighbors who have successfully used Roofserv, so I invited Ryan Quady out to do an inspection and provide a second quote, and I was shocked when he came off the roof and said not only was there is not enough REAL hail or wind damage for a claim, but the FAKED damage will necessitate replacing the roof as shingles were torn, bent backwards, and struck. Due to roof vandalism claims being a bit tricky with the insurance companies, Ryan recommended a public adjuster that can help navigate and hand hold the insurance company. Good thing too, because the insurance wanted us at first to replace the damaged shingles only, but after some time and with the public adjustor working on our behalf along with Roofserv, the insurance company ultimately agreed to a replacement. The new rool went on in a day and is magnificent! The crew was expert and professional in every way. At the end of the day I thank the Lord that we connected with Roofserv and Ryan. We never felt rushed, Ryan explained everything, and his honesty and integrity really made a frustrating experience go much more smoothly and with the best/correct result. Now we have a new roof that will last a lifetime - and if not, Roofserv will be there to back us up!

We ended up getting a beautiful, new roof/gutters and couldn't be happier with the end result. Carlos and Laura are great assets to the Roofserv business. The day off, he arrives earlier than me. He gives me a 15 minute window of time to buffer things, but he got there right on time. The inspection was seamless and very thorough. Jeff went over everything with me and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done. After that, we parted ways. I reached back out to him about a month later asking if his proposal was still good. The rate he gave me was still good so I went ahead and scheduled a time for him to come out for the roof repairs. Well, just my luck, but the scheduled day-of, it rains. And rains. And rains some more. He was supposed to be at the house between 9-9:30am, but he emailed me at 7:30 and told me we'd have to reschedule due to the threat of rain. At first I was annoyed. It wasn't raining at 9:30am. But by noon, several pockets of rain had already rolled through. So we tentatively reschedule for Thursday. Thursday morning looks good and he arrives earlier than expected. Around 8:30ish as opposed to the 9-9:30 window. He gets straight to work and also gets done earlier than expected. Everything looked good! Jeff is a very friendly guy and he's more than happy to expand on his knowledge if you want to lend him your ear for a bit. In the end, I paid less than $900 for everything and the work comes with a 1-year warranty. I definitely recommend using Jeff!
