    Burger and some fries

The food here is really good and cooked perfectly. The main thing that got on my nerves is that it was a long wait. If you are willing to wait for a good meal it's fine but it's not good if you want your food fast. The mood here was really cool and it was themed like it is someone's old garage.

My Son loves the Cherry Pepsi here!

I haven't ordered anything from here I haven't enjoyed. The bang bang shrimp are some of the best I've eaten anywhere!

This place has become one of my favorite restaurants in Sutton's Bay because of their delicious food, specifically their blackened whitefish! I love it on their caesar salad or on their very tasty thai crunch salad! I've been here a few times and their food and service is always good. On this last visit the waitress and I knew why the other looked familiar/finally put it together, as she used to work at a place downstate, in Royal Oak, MI, where I frequent. What a small world! It's cute inside as well and after Covid is under control, I'd like to belly up to their bar!

I come here for the lobster rolls and bisque!!! One of my favorite versions. It's cold and you can add butter to it and it's absolutely perfect IMO. Lobster bisque is done right too! Wait staff are friendly and helpful. We even had a great chat about hot sauce while we were in. Love this place and will keep coming back. Very chill vibe and good food.

The food was amazing and our waitress Jackie was so sweet and accommodating. My husband had the meatloaf cupcakes and loved them and I had the cheeseburger with o/e fried egg. We would both highly recommend and will be back next time we come... we are all the way from Texas!

Service was overwhelmed and unpleasant. Walked in to see if there were seats available at the bar as I had overheard there was a wait. One of the waitresses almost clotheslined me saying CAN I HELP YA HUN ya know there is a line and a wait. I said I'm aware but I was Interested in sitting at the bar. WELL GET IN LINE!! Is the bar not first come first serve?? NO... THOSE TABLES HAVE A WAIT. Umm...I'm asking about the bar stools... oh... NO IF U CAN FIND ONE... GO AHEAD. Well it never improved... the bartender said if you plan to eat expect to wait a long time we have a LOTS of orders. Umm it's a holiday weekend and you have available tables... it's really not that hard. Waited 25 minutes for her to acknowledge us again to order. So the service is a nightmare 1star. The beer list is quality 4-star. Food a 2. So take what you will from that. It's fine but not great but if you happen to get better service it's likely a 3star

What a great find this place was! We were looking for a quick lunch before heading up the Leelanau Peninsula for some wine tasting. So glad we picked Streetside Grille! Everything was AMAZING! My husband and I both had a cup of Beef Barley soup. He had the French Dip Slider with Au Jus. I had the Beach Bread with their home made ranch. So delicious. Took the rest of my bread with me as I got full. Just as good in the car hours later. Waitress was super friendly. We will definitely come back here next time we roll through town. Thanks!

    Yummy M-22 burger with fries!

Traveling with good friends from a local lake house, we chose this location for a casual Friday dinner. A short wait at 7:30p, we bellied up to the bar for a beverage, and were promptly seated within a few minutes. The ambience was quaint, friendly and service with a smile. We started with a Bang Bang shrimp appetizer, 6 plump shrimp fried golden and served on a bed of greens with a light creamy remoulade sauce, not as spicy as I might've anticipated, but a nice starter. Asked our server for main course recommendations, so we selected the pork belly tacos and the M-22 burger, which were both delicious, but not the healthiest. The pork was tender and flavorful, served in white corn soft tacos, 3 tacos were filling! The M-22 also had braised pork belly atop of an Angus burger, cheddar and fried egg - plenty of protein on a grilled bun along with lettuce, onion and tomato, wow! I did ask for the burger cooked medium and it was browned through, however still very good. And unfortunately we were so full we didn't have room for dessert, but that's a reason to go back and try Streetside again! Plenty of other menu options to select like meatloaf sliders (with mashed potato), whitefish and other fresh fish/seafood plus lots of local craft brews. This place is worth checking out, enjoy!!!

We had wanted to sit on the rooftop to enjoy the views but it wasn't opening until 4PM so we didn't get to experience that. The clam chowder was on special so I ordered that to start with some peel and eat shrimp, cold- you can get them hot or cold and they were perfectly done and the cocktail sauce wasn't so strong that it overpowered the shrimp which was appreciated. My husband and I shared the trout basket and they were very lightly breaded, not greasy at all and well seasoned. My son ordered a cheeseburger and raved about it so much that he told our waitress on the way out that it was 5-star worthy. Note: he orders burgers everywhere we go so I trust his judgement . It was cooked how he asked- medium rare- and was thick and juicy to top it off. If you're looking for a spot with friendly service and delicious food- it's a must try in Sutton's Bay.

A very busy place, we were lucky we didn't have to wait long for a table. We wanted to sit on the roof patio, which is very popular, since there are views of the lake and the bustling street below. But be aware, there is no elevator, just lots of stairs. Worth it if you can manage it. Tables were clean and service was friendly and fairly prompt. I ordered the namesake "Boone's Burger," with chips, the default side. Hubby ordered the whitefish sandwich with a side of fries. Our son, knowing I don't usually finish my food, ordered soup, intending to finish my order, which he did, as well as his dad's, lol. Smart kid. He ordered the clam chowder, which he liked. I loved my burger, though it only came with one small leaf of romaine lettuce and one small slice of tomato, and three nice pickle slices. No mayo, so I used some of my hubby's tartar sauce, since it tasted like mayo and relish. But we did ask for more tomatoes, which our server brought quickly. The chips were a decent kettle chip, so I was happy. My medium burger was excellent! Quarter pound and cooked perfectly. I loved it. Hubby, on the other hand, wasn't really happy with his sandwich. Although the whitefish was freshly caught, he said it was dry. It was fried, so not sure how that even happened. He wasn't unhappy enough to complain, but he didn't finish it, and he usually finishes a sandwich. I'm sure they would have replaced it if he had said something, it is that kind of place. If you can get a table it is a fun place to grab a bite, especially if you can get a seat on the roof. Parking is a bit of a challenge, so drop off your party first. I highly recommend the burgers!

The selection isn't huge as they have a smaller footprint but we found pretty much everything we needed in this small town market. Candy, Sprite, and s'mores fixin's for my little cousin, blueberries and oatmeal for my grandma, beer for my husband and uncle, frozen soft pretzels and mustard for my aunt, brats making sausage and peppers for the group for my mom, and Moomers ice cream and cans of Bubly for me. Prices were decent, especially for a smaller market, and they had a surprising amount of locally made goods. Produce selection was a little small (we had to go into Sutton's Bay to get oranges, for example) but all pantry items we needed were easy to find. The shop, because it's small, makes checking out a little challenging when there are more than a few folks in there. At one point my mom and I were looking at the ice cream selection and a line of about 4 people filed behind us. We didn't realize the coolers were adjacent to the second cash register! Navigating out was a challenge but everyone was very kind about it. Admittedly, though I read the amazing reviews for their Indian eats, we did not get any. But I'm definitely game to try it out next time.
