We were fortunate enough to eat at The Burrow for a private event, and everything was phenomenal. The pancakes, the hash browns, the huevos rancheros, the eggs benedict, and particularly the bacon. The staff were super on top of everything, and it was cool seeing everything being prepared by the kitchen. Big fan, super recommended!

We loved this place! First off, one of the few places that takes reservations for large parties in TC. Food was incredible across the board. We went during off season but it was easy to get in / out. Staff was accommodating in the big group.

The Burrow is one of the premier brunch spots in TC and for good reason. The ambience is great for a weekend brunch and the service was friendly. The coffee was also solid, but the orange juice tasted like it came from a Minute Maid carton which was disappointing, considering it was $5 for a small glass. The Crab Cake benny was great. The eggs were perfectly poached, the sauces were tasty, the english Muffin was crispy, and the Crab cake had a good amount of crab in it. The Huevos Rancheros were also bursting with flavor and never got boring. Definitely a must try if you're in the area!

Delicious. Just all around delicious. The hash brown was the most delicious, and creative I've ever had. Perfectly cooked- crisp outside, perfectly seasoned. The steak was cooked perfect, and was complimented well by my over medium egg. I also highly suggest the blood orange mimosas- and expresso martinis, both superb. Plenty of seating, and partial views of the lake across the street. Attentive staff, and quick food delivery. Highly suggest!

I am on the fence about how I feel about Burrow. The resting beautiful and I felt a bit under dressed even though it was brunch. We were seated at a two top by the windows. Our server was not the friendliest. She seemed mad that we didn't order alcohol. Unfortunately they do not mark their menu with gluten free options and judging by our servers response, they don't seem to educate their waitstaff either. After a few trips to the kitchen our server was able to give me a few options. I ordered the open face omelet, it was quite good. Our server never checked on us and we waited awhile for our check. So food pretty good, service not so great.

We came here for brunch and we were not disappointed! The service was very professional and friendly and you can't beat the outdoor seating. My wife and I both got the huevos rancheros and me oh my it might be the best in the area! The also had some tasty looking cocktails The restaurant was very clean and there was plenty of space inside and outside. We will definitely be back!

Good lunch here with spouse on our Michigan beach run, we dined inside because it was chilly in August. Sat at a high top in the bar area with a water view over the buildings across the street. No cocktails in our order, server seemed disappointed. One large Caesar salad and one Waldorf wedge salad both with chicken. The Caesar was solid, chicken was good, dressing seemed homemade. The Waldorf is an interesting stacked creation with whole lettuce leaves and fruit nuts and celery layered in between. It was difficult to eat in a bowl but I eventually just cut it all up into bite sized pieces and ate it that way. We were in and out in about thirty minutes, so they must be used to cranking out fast business lunches. Salads were $20 each, so on the high end for pricing. I would try it for dinner, next trip! Nice place, even if a bit spendy!

Everything on the menu looked tasty. They said they change the menu every three months or so. We had the French Dip and the Nashville Chicken Sandwich. The French Dip Au jus had some good flavor, and the chicken sandwich came with a cute little bowl of blue cheese and we could put on as many chunks as we wanted! Fries were skinny with a cute little side bottle of catchup. Everything was good. They even have croutons that were a level up on my side salad. It was off the main strip in Traverse City, plenty of room in the parking lot. We would come again!

The food is always to die for here!! We went for NYE this time and some of us ordered the NYE specials (prime rib and broiled lobster tail) -- they said it was delicious. I've been searching for a melt-in-your-mouth french dip and finally found it here! The Burrow's bread is always super good, but the roast beef on this sandwich was insanely tender. Highly recommend their espresso martinis! I get one every time!!

The Burrow was amazing!! They have a great happy hour with apps and drinks. We ordered the shrimp and toast appetizer from the happy hour menu and it was delicious I ordered the diver scallops for my entree and didn't leave a crumb on the plate! Highly recommend! The seating is comfortable, the staff were all very nice. We had a great experience!

It has even been…read morevoted the number one in the city, so I knew I couldn't pass up another opportunity to dine here. Interesting enough, this is actually a hotel restaurant! So, I was expecting the food to be slightly overhyped. But, I was definitely wrong. I went with a colleague of mine and we were lucky enough to stop by during their happy hour so, we went all out on the appetizers. We ordered their calamari, the sliders, the beef Korean tacos, and the flat bread. Immediately I was blown away by how fresh the food was. Particularly the Thai calamari. As for the Korean beef tacos- the beef was so tender! The protein on the sliders was tenderloins and those were equally delicious. The flat bread surprised me a bit! Ingredients include hummus, feta cheese, spinach, tomatoes and an additional assortment green veggies. So I was expecting it to be a cold dish but it was actually warm. The bread was exceptionally soft. There was not one mediocre thing that we ordered, everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. The interior isn't much to look at, like I said the restaurant is located inside a hotel. However, with food that tasty who cares about the interior design of a restaurant! If you are ever in traverse city, NOT dinning at the Reflect Bistro will be doing a massive disservice to yourself!

What we didn't know was Reflect has been consistently voted the number one restaurant in Traverse City year after year. I usually take that with a grain of salt because there's so many wonderful farm to table restaurants and unique dining experiences in TC. It takes quite a bit to stand out and to make it to the top but Reflect Bistro is worthy of the hype. We were surprised to find out it's located in inside the Cambria hotel. A top rated restaurant in a hotel? Yes absolutely. Skipping lunch we decided to have an early dinner and arrived during Happy Hour. On Happy Hour drinks are 20% off and they have small plates and select appetizers on special. Our bartender/waitress was excellent. She made great suggestions. My mom and I shared the whitefish pate appetizer (on the HH menu) which came with warm fresh seasoned ciabatta bread. We each ordered our main course off the dinner menu. I went with the seafood pot pie. It came highly recommended by both our waitress and the couple sitting next to us. Lobster, scallops, shrimp, vegetables and redskin potatoes in lobster cream sauce all served in a puff pastry shell. To use a baseball colloquialism: they knocked it out of the park! Last but certainly not least the Pappardelle fruit de mur with a creamy clam sauce was another winner. It had lobster, shrimp, and scallops mixed throughout and then was topped with fried calamari. The portions were generous and we each had enough for a doggy bag. Reflect Bistro is definitely a place we will be revisiting on our next trip!

It has a beautiful brick interior which makes the space unique and quite cozy. There are two parts to the restaurant, a back seating area and a hallway seating area. I made a reservation for Sunday at 11:30am which I'm thankful I did as I overheard the hostess say the wait was over an hour to another party checking in. Our waitress was super friendly and took our order shortly after we sat down. The biggest downside to this experience was how long it took for our food to come out. It took 45 minutes for my group to get our food and when it did come out there was an error with one of the dishes, so it had to be sent back. Due to this error that group member ended up waiting close to an hour for their food, which was disappointing. Although the wait was long we all throughly enjoyed our food. I ordered the western omelette with fruit and rye toast, all of which were flavorful. The portions sizes were great for 1 person as well. Overall I had a good experience but would caution anyone going to allow ample time for the meal!
