Food was good and reasonably priced. I had a large salad with grilled chicken and balsamic dressing, which seemed to be homemade. My husband had a stuffed burger which was juicy. The homemade chips were amazing and he wished he had a larger portion of those. Service was pretty slow and unenthusiastic. It took a while to get our orders taken; so when the food took a while to get to the table, it was pretty irritating. Some things were missed and we had to request multiple times. I saw other servers zipping around being attentive, so maybe it was an off day for ours.

$9 pepperoni pizza that's about 8.5" with pepperoni underneath the cheese! Can tell by the smell that it's cheap ingredients.

Ordered a pizza and a salad to go. The pizza is about 9" and looks and smells like something you'd get in the frozen food section with an exorbitant amount of cheese on it. To begin with, the pepperoni is underneath the cheese which is obviously the cheapest mozzarella that can possibly be purchased, with sauce that tastes like condensed tomato soup and crust that is worse than the "Jiffy-Pizza mix" you can buy at the grocery store for 69 cents. The salad sat underneath the heat lamp, until the pizza came up and had dressing on it instead of on the side, which getting it "to go"it should be implied not to put dressing on it. I immediately left and headed to Little Caesar's (not kidding) for a "Hot N' Ready" with breadsticks, which ended up being the same price as just the pizza and tastes better.. DISAPPOINTED

A great time to go have a nice, fine dining dinner on a golf course. Service is great and food is top notch.

Food is good but service is not always that great or friendly. Not a bad place to stop and grab a bit if you don't mind waiting.

Great little place! We sat on the patio, and it was beautiful. The server was great with our four kiddos.

It was a mixed crowd, with lots of families and young children. I had the Northwoods Blueberry Açaí mineral water while I waited and it was SO GOOD. Once we were seated and placed our order at the bar, the food came out fairly quickly. We had the hummus appetizer, the Rocket and the Three Rivers. I loved the Rocket - I love any pizza with goat cheese! This was a great spot to kick off our vacation with the fam after a long day of travel!

When we got there, the hostess warned us that the pizzas were taking up to an hour to make. I appreciate that they warned us before we committed to dining there! We didn't mind the wait. There are no waiters, so you order everything at the bar then they bring your food to you with a table number. I ordered the raspberry beer and it was really good. I typically don't like beer, but I love fruit flavors. As an appetizer, we got the red pepper hummus and it was meh--I didn't really like it. It was thick and had the texture of cold refried beans and instead of pita, it was served with tortilla chips that tasted like Tostitos brand. For my flatbread pizza, I chose the Wolverine which was topped with pineapple, pepperoni, jalapeños. I've never had pineapple on pizza so I can't really be a good judge, but it was alright. I liked how thin the crust was. For dessert, we got the mini ice cream bars as recommended by the woman sitting near us. They're Ice Box Brand Ice Cream Bars by a Michigan-based company. They sell two sizes: regular and mini. I chose a mini toffee crunch and it was the perfect size. It was really good. I'd love to just buy these ice cream bars to have at home!!

I walked through the door and patrons were throwing popcorn at each other, dipping napkins in beer, and screaming hoarse obscenities at waitstaff. I understand it is a bar, but I didn't expect to find this in Traverse City. We sat down on the other side of the restaurant--"Doublewide" means there are two restaurants in one building, haha--and waited maybe ten minutes for someone to come take our drink order. My dad's drink order came out wrong and ended up being for the man seated behind us, but that wasn't much of a concern; it happens from time to time at different restaurants, so we didn't think much of it. It was only when we ordered and waited ~1.5 hours for our /appetizer/ that things began to look like a problem. Our waitress was very sweet--small, black hair, and too polite for a job like that. She kept saying that the kitchen was behind and they had a lot of orders, and I believed her; a dingy bar-style restaurant probably doesn't have Michelin cooks to begin with, and then you overwhelm them with a weeks worth of tourism? Anyway I don't remember her name but girlie I'm blowing you a kiss I hope you find a better job After my dad's third refill, though, we never saw her again. Other tables that had more people and had come in after us were getting their food, but we never saw our waitress to ask, and this clearly bothered the man seated behind us (the man who you'll recall had swapped drinks with us, party of one, and hadn't gotten his food either). He, my dad, and I asked another waitress how much longer the food would take and she said she would check, but she came back several times with ambiguous answers and never told us. I never expected to spend so long waiting for food. Again, at this point, all we have received is an iced tea and a water. I have medicine I take for my seizures and a neurological condition and did not take them into the restaurant with me because I did not expect to spend two hours twiddling my thumbs. I told the waitress if she didn't have a solid timetable I would have to leave because I had medicine I had to take, and pointed at my medical bracelet. She scoffed and turned away, and did not answer my question. Anyway, we left six dollars for the iced tea and left because girl what are we doing
