My husband ordered the Wagyu Steak Slices & Meatballs Dynasty Pho, and he was extremely pleased. There was a generous amount of meat, accompanied by wonderfully fresh vegetables. Everything looked and tasted incredibly fresh. I ordered the Akaushi Pho King Banh Mi, and WOW! The sandwich was loaded with tender brisket and crisp, fresh vegetables. The accompanying broth adds almost a "French dip" experience to the sandwich--but calling it a French dip doesn't begin to do it justice. The combination was so much better than any traditional French dip I've ever had. And the bread! The texture was exactly what I hoped for and reminded me of bread I've enjoyed in Paris. Between the bread, the décor and our conversation with Isabelle, the experience brought back some wonderful memories of France while still delivering the flavors of an exceptional Vietnamese meal. This is one of those restaurants where you finish eating and immediately start thinking about what you're going to order next time. We will absolutely return.
