The first time, my expectations were low because a driver had badly scuffed my rims, and I had never needed this type of repair on one of my cars before. But both times Jonathan came out to repair the rims on my Tesla Model 3 Performance, he went above and beyond and made them look brand new again. I saw the On Point Mobile Carwash van on day when i had been heading into Houston and decided to give them a call and book an appointment. When i called the owner, Alex, picked up and was very polite and texted me the list of services they offer and their availability!! I ended up booking a 10 am the next day for both the cars in our household. I was so impressed with that first time I had used these guys. Not only did they pay close attention to detail and really go all out and did a better job than other detailing companies had done in the past, but they only took a couple hours and were about half of the cost of other companies we've used. Like i said that was about a year ago and we have been having them come out on a quarterly basis since. Thanks for the great work guys

I had rated AFS a 2 star due to an unfortunate follow up experience with a less than helpful customer rep who could not explain clearly why the car's surface felt strange. Turns out the ceramic coating doing it's job properly was the reason for my concern! It was unfortunate the rep blamed the environment, missing an opportunity to promote the positive aspects of the ceramic coating. I was able to schedule a 2nd follow up visit to address some items previously missed in my service session. I have to hand it to Mario, my initial service rep, who stepped up to provide great follow up and made sure all my concerns where taken care of to my satisfaction. Mario's acknowledgment of my previous questionable experience and his attention to make it right made a world of difference. If anyone plans to visit the Midtown AFS facility in the future, definitely ask for Mario! As I commented in my previous post, the overall quality of the ceramic coating work was fantastic!
