These folks from Manager on down are some of the best in the business. I don't even know were to start with their skills in Detailing, Interior/Exterior and how quickly and how thorough they are in their work. I've gone to them numerous times with hard jobs, dog hair, etc and they take care of me everytime and do it with a smile and a handshake. This is my third time coming to this car wash and I'm honestly not sure why I came a third! The wash itself does fine through the machine. The part that makes zero sense is the pricing and what comes with it. First time had customer service issues, second time I had to start cleaning my tires myself and a worker told the manager I was using the tire cleaner, after I argued with them I paid for it and they asked for my receipt as if I was thief and they apologized. This was the 14 dollar car wash this specific day. Now the THIRD time yesterday I paid for the 25 dollar car wash. The worker finished with my car and I asked are you not going to do the tires. He said it does not come with the package I purchased. I would have to pay 30. I said but last time I paid 14 and got more. I went inside and spoke to the cashier she was upset and said well if I paid already it's noting she can do! Than she goes " ughhhh fine there doing your tires they only did your tires last time cause the machine was broke " I said ok I walked outside and 3 workers were doing my tires and they all looked upset! Unfortunately I had multiple unpleasant experiences here so I decided to cancel the membership I just bought. I emailed them twice, and also submitted a request online with no response. I then called in, got hung up on, and had to call back. They had my car in the system incorrectly, and had to pull it up by phone number after arguing with the man who answered the phone that I did indeed have a membership there. Very bad customer service, especially the middle aged hispanic woman who stared me down like a criminal. I am going to start visiting Clearwater Express wash instead, better value and better results without the poor customer service. Y'all shouldn't make your customers feel uncomfortable at your establishment - customers are what keep you in business! read more

Boooooo! This car wash was recommended to me sadly I didn't get the experience they've been getting. It's a gorgeous day outside and they were busy as to be expected. The girl who was directing the cars to the lines did an awful job. The poor car in front of me had been there even longer and we are watching cars that literally just pull in going into the wash. That was quite a bit annoying. I purchase the ultimate wash I believe it called. Well I've attached pictures to show, not even worth $5. I'll pay a couple dollar more and continue to go to GFY EXPRESS CAR WASH on Kuykendahl. read more

Do not recommend, the pictures say it all. I went there 2 days ago and they said they could get all my stains out so I came back yesterday to get it done. I got the carpet, cloth seats, and all plastic. I waited 3 hours for my car to be done and came to check it out and had to tell them to wipe down certain spots because the person who did it, he did not wipe down all the plastic. My seats still have stains and he did not even touch the outside of the seats; which they are supposed to. When I asked the manager why wasn't it done correctly she had an attitude and said my car was too dirty. Will be back Thursday to talk to a further up manager. Very disappointed, I even paid $20 extra for the condition it was in, thinking it would be taken care of. read more

I went in to get my car washed as it was a beautiful sunny day. I got the basic wash and planned to use their vacuums on my own. The staff person who assisted me was courteous and professional. I didn't feel I was being pushed for an upgrade. Feel I got a good wash that left my vehicle clean. The vacuums worked well and had good suction. Overall the grounds were clean and we'll kept. read more

Absolute WORST car wash in Houston and it's not even close! They have damaged my car several times when I've gone here and today was the last straw! I spoke to Gil, who is one of the owners, to see what he wanted to do about the damage to my car and he basically told me it wasn't his fault and to go find another car wash if i wasn't happy! Worst customer service I've EVER received from ANY business that I've gone to! STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT GO TO WETZONE CAR WASH FOR ANY REASON!!!!! I was approached by manager ( Ricardo ) whose not only took the time to explained all services they offer but to guide me through the whole process. I signed up for a Full Service Membership, I was like awesome that means that I can come an wash my car everyday if I want... Remember Full Service is not a full Car Details. I am an Uber driver so to me its very important that my car looks and feel clean everyday. I was amazed sitting on my car as it was getting wash by super advance technology equipments, your car is wash constantly through a tunnel of about 75 feet long. I am on my second month since I became a member of this Super Fantastic Car Wash and dont regret... At the end of the wash I was directed to the side where they were waiting for me, thats where they take over and clean wipe off and clean the entire car... In the process I walk inside were they have a convenient area, they will give you a free air freshness but you also can buy your own plus they have a sitting area beverages machine and snacks. At the end they will go inside to let you know your car is ready... always come out beautiful.. The cleaning crews are very honest, one time my son dropped his wallet under my seat and it was considered lost. These crews find it and left it inside the car were I was going to see it, everything was in the wallet ID, Money, personal Info.. waoooooo They are talking about new insensitive for members, like Free complete Detailing, better price cant wait. Another company opened a new car wash almost in front of Wet Zone, and With the free car wash offer they have for 10 days I went there to see how it is and it cant compare to Wet Zone. This other place its super small and your car comes out not too dry by the way they dont offer Full nor Details Services like Wet Zone do. Would I recommend this place? No. The car wash was average. I was upsaled to the $22 wash package and I think the "detailer" is more concerned about turnover rather than attention to detail. The service he provided, that I paid for, I could have done the same job if not better. There was dust, grime and crumbs left behind. The front of my car had bugs still but I was told it wouldn't come off even after they scrubbed. Overall I feel cheated out of my $22 because the work done is lazy and could have been 10x better and at the bare minimum what I paid for. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!! We had high hopes but this is what happened. The first time I went here it was great but I don't know if the manager left or what happened but the last three times it was horrible. I kept going back hoping there would be a repeat of the first times experience but that never happened. So one time I purchased the premium package which included putting armour all on the tires. It was dark when I left so I couldn't really see the car , but upon viewing it the next morning it was totally filthy and there was no armour all on the tires (I went straight home and parked it in the garage plus I live three minutes away) . So I went back and asked them if they could redo it rather than apologizing for me having to go back the manager gave me attitude, but reluctantly took it through the wash again . They took forever to dry it , and STILL didn't armour all the tires . This place is COMPLETE CRAP don't waste your money there there are at least three other car washes within a three mile range . And the other time I went back they took over an hour and I had to ask them to send someone to vacuum it three times , and they also forgot to wipe down the dashboard and inside doors. I will never go back to this location or any other of Wetzone's locations . read more

I came to get my car washed at Wetzone on 11/15/18. While at this business I witnessed something very disturbing. I saw and heard one of the managers talking to the sales person in such a rude and disrespectful way that it was upsetting to me and therefore I was compelled to write this review. Later I found out that the managers name is Ricardo and he is the GM. For a GM to speak to his employee in the way he did and in front of costumers is unexceptable and unexcusable. I mentioned to another manager, Randy, of what I wittnesed and how upset it made me and how it made me question if I want to continue to use Wetzone's services. I hope that the owner(s) of this business value their employees better than what was dimistrated by the GM as well as give him some coaching on how to speak to his employees. read more

Superb high quality service. Icing on the cake are the customer oriented, informative and accommodating personnel. Right from the start with the gentleman who I first encountered taking my specifications to the gents right at the wash tunnel entrance and the detailers. My car looks brand new! I'm very much impressed and got bang for the buck. Facility is amazingly clean, equipment of premium caliber and all staff highly presentable in their uniforms plus oh so well mannered. For an old fashioned lady as myself, was happy to see the chivalrous gentleman who fetched me at the waiting area, helped me carry my stuff to take back to the car whilst opening the door for me as well. Bottom line, to reiterate, my car's interior and exterior, front/back was squeaky clean. Baked in bug guts, all gone. A++ rating! read more

Worst place in the world told me they don't wipe your seats charged me 40$ then tried to charge me again for an suv I have four children and needed a good vacuum wanted to come back again and charge me for it needing an extra vacuum I told them no they left stuff in the car. Even put a pile of trash in my trash bag in the car when it was empty. My one year old throws his sippy cup and obviously it's going to splash milk on whatever it hits they grabbed a manager and asked do we wipe this off the manager comes to me and says we can wipe it off for an additional fee!!! Seriously I have four kids of course there will be Cheerios and animal crackers in my car! But you guys tried to take advantage I will continually tell people to go to quick quack before you and I have yet to be there myself your service is worthless as well as your customer service read more

Took my car here first for just a basic wash and found out I could get a shampoo for a decent price as well. Got a full service car wash and seats shampooed for $45! It only took maybe 20-30 minutes. Ricardo was quick and he guy who takes payment is really helpful, honest and friendly. Took my car home to inspect it, looks better than when I brought it home new. I loved it so much I took my boyfriend to wash his truck and the results were the same. Quality no matter the size of the vehicle. Will be buying the monthly pass for both cars. BIG MISTAKE!!! I went back to give them another try at a full service wash and condition the inside of my vehicle. Extremely frustrated is an understatement!! Again they did not completely clean everything. They've wiped the leather conditioner all over my screen on my console and all over my windshield. Tire shine all down the sides of my car. I tried cleaning my windshield in front of me with glass cleaner but my glass has a terrible film on it so it just smears. I keep my car immaculate and I'm a non smoker, this film is from them. I returned the same day to give them a chance to correct their mistakes. First they tried spraying by hand, something on the tire shine all the way down my car, I asked if that was going to be streaked down the side of my black car by doing that, then they decided they would rewash it. Rewashed dried and still have dirty smeared windshield. Absolutely DONE!! Way too much money spent for terrible job!!! read more

First time here at wetzone , absolutely loved it. The staff was very knowledgeable about their detailing, they explained about how the chemicals react much better in a longer tunnel while the car is going through it. Which obviously is true because my car came out amazingly clean, and I mean clean. Going back next week for a full detailed package, pricing seems to be extremely competitive if not cheaper. read more
