Tandoori Momo Butter Chicken Momo Garlic Naan Bread

I've heard nothing but amazing things about Street Momo. I decided to finally try them tonight. I didn't want to dine alone, so I ordered take out . I ordered the Tandoori Momo's, Butter Chicken Momo's and garlic naan bread. I was disappointed that I had no green sauce with my tandoori Momo's, when thats supposed to be part of the experience... The butter chicken Momo's however came with a decent amount of sauce. I know in-restaurant is going to be a better experience, but for take out they were ok. I was honestly most pleased with the garlic naan. Wow . The naan bread was the size of my head! GIGANTIC. With the Momo's being on the pricier side, I felt the naan was incredibly well priced. It tasted so good dipped in the butter chicken Momo sauce. All in all a solid dinner. I was surprisingly stuffed off just a couple Momo's. I'll be back to try of their other dishes.

We were here for Momos. This restaurant has "Momo" in the name but the majority of the menu items are Indian/Hakka foods. Their Momos are either vegetable or chicken, and there were no beef or pork options, which is different from other Momo places. We had - Steamed Chicken Momo. - Tandoori Momo (Chicken) I was a bit surprised that they do not offer a chopsticks option for customers to eat Momos. It was a surprise to me, as there was soy sauce on the table lol. As an Eastern Asian myself, eating dumplings without chopsticks was a bit challenging. I was also afraid that eating with fork results in losing soup inside the wrappers. But fortunately and unfortunately, there was little soup/juice in the momos, so I did not have to worry about it. The wrappers were a bit too soft for my liking, I wished they were chewier. But the meat seasoning was good, and the presentation was beautiful. The place was busy with customers coming and going all the time we were there. Although I do not think I will come back for Momos, maybe their other Indian/Hakka items are worth trying!

Good food. Super fast service. They have a robot that delivers food. The only thing I would call out is that the filling in all the momos were the same. Just the toppings and curry was changing. Probably wouldn't have gotten the third momo if I had known that. But food was tasty. Chicken was so delicious. Will definitely be back

I think it was a fusion between masala tea and pumpkin spice. It was my favorite. Highly recommended!! I would definitely visit again. Free 15 min street parking is available. Dine in space is limited so it is better to get take out. To the owner: Please open another location in the peel region

Came here for lunch because I had to work in the area for the whole day…read more I've been eyeing this place for a while since I like fusion food and trying out new places. I ordered the Butter Chicken Tacos and Masala Fries. If you don't like tacos, you can either make it a bowl, burrito, nachos, or poutine. The cost performance was solid. They were all reasonably priced and the tacos were bigger than I had pictured. The flavour was good with a good combination of toppings (lettuce, pico de gallo, cilantro, purple cabbage, cheese, pineapple salsa, pickled onions, pickled cucumber, and pickled thai chili) to choose from. FYI, guacamole is an additional $1. And there write about 4 different sauces to choose from and combine. The naan was a bit burnt but using that as a tacos shell was a great idea. I just wish the flavour of the butter chicken sauce was a bit stronger since the toppings overwhelmed it a bit. But that's just a tiny thing, as the dish was still great. Masala fries was made of fries tossed in masala powder with sauce on top (mint chutney, pico de gallo, etc) and the price was pretty reasonable for what you get. Would I considering visiting again? Definitely. One suggestion to the restaurant is that since the space is quite small and you can only have a couple people inside, it may be beneficial for the customer and the store to have the menu posted for those waiting in line outside the restaurant. You can technically see the menu from the outside but the reflection on the glass and the dark lighting inside makes it hard to see the menu even when its cloudy outside. My coworker and I passed by the place yesterday and thought the place was closed based on how dark the inside is.
