As a result, the texture was mono-tone, and too sweet to my liking. There was no hint of sourness (like from yogurt or citrus). There are different variations in Samosa Chaat, and people's preferences are diverse. Just that this place's Samosa Chaat was not impressing to me. # Butter chicken: It was spicy, there were a lot of tender chicken breast pieces with a nice hint of charcoal - which is great!
