Most places overcook gyoza and while still decent, are not nearly as good as these were. 2. Bao. Once I tried these out of town I was hooked. Have-not seen them one any menu until I came here. We ordered pork and it was perfect. 3. Spicy Tuna Rolls-slight disappointment. The tuna is ground up and mixed with the spices to make it spicy. I would not order this again. After talking to your server, she said I could oder traditional tuna rolls and have the spices applied externally rather than mixed up in a ground up fashion. Perhaps I will order this way next time but there is so many other dishes that need to be tried. 4. Big Shrimp Tempura. Wonderful.
