They always take their time helping out customers, especially when someone new to vaping comes in and has questions. The store atmosphere is very welcoming and Joe and Deb are very easy to make conversation with. On top of exceptional customer service you'll also be able to find a wide range of different vapes and juices. Their store also participates in the Five Stars reward program which allows you to earn points on your purchases by entering your phone number. They have the best air circulation system in town, not a cheap little system like some places. There are several seating areas for groups big or small. I get home and there's still coconut on it, so I have to go back up there and tell them to just give me a refund because I don't have time for them to remake it over, so the guy he gives me the refund for one of them but forgets to give me the refund for the second one so I have to sit there and wait for him to come back. So this was a terrible experience and I probably won't come back to this one.
