5-star value, best price I've found. Worth the short trek from OP. Staff less than friendly

The person at the store was very rude, and when I asked a basic question about the area (since I was from out of state), he gave a very dismissive "I'm not from the area" line, a typical thing people say when they are acting dismissive and rude. What is interesting is I spent almost $900 at the store, so you would think he would at least have acted human and with common courtesy and common sense. Very disappointing. People say midwesterners are nice (I am from California and we are not nice lol). The person at this store, who made a lot of money and should have been overjoyed, was completely rude and not nice. Also, I got my items home to California and realized that three items were past their expiration date! Nothing I can do from 2000 miles away obviously. read more

Go elsewhere. I was a loyal cigarette customer, even after their prices shot up. I then made the fateful mistake of trusting their guidance on vape products when I began to consider making the transition. They not only provide loads of frank misinformation, but coerice you into buying a vape system produced by their owner touting it as solid, proven, high quality, reliable, and a great deal when it was, in fact, none of those things. What was supposed to be a money saving venture turned into a complete money sucking black hole of disappointment and frustration. Time and again, they sold me defective equipment, chastized me for inquiring about the issues claiming all was normal (overheating batteries, leaking device, coils which burned out after less than a day of use, ejuice burning up becoming a dark amber sludge after limited use, etc) and refusing to back their product. Already having invested in the device, I felt trapped. Their solution was always to buy more cleorimizers, buy yet another pack of coils... All the while treating me as if I were somehow in the wrong as they had supposedly never, in a decade of selling this device, ever had such complaints or issues. I kept buying more and more defective parts, still believing all was somehow my fault, or in my head... Thinking all vape juice and nic salts tasted like metallic, burnt sludge,and that coils must only last a day. Then I educated myself and learned that I was being duped in a major way. Instead of backing their product, they blamed me saying I should have bought a more expensive device (despite them having guided me into making the purchase I did). Both men were defensive and argumentative when I shared my concerns - the same concerns I expressed on day 1, and continuously for months. When finally they reluctantly agreed to at least replace the overheating battery (doing so in dramatic fashion, throwing it with force into the trashcan) I only noticed after arriving home that they had not replaced what I had purchased, but an even cheaper model... Their cheapest, in fact, and it was even worse than the one I'd had. When I asked them to please at least replace with the model I'd purchased, I was told I'd have to repurchase it. After months of this frustration, I returned to, again, buy more coils for my device (still feeling trapped into using what I had having already sunk so much money into it) only to find out that the entire line had been discontinued without warning. No discount, or even empathy, was offered, only advice to buy another device and begin anew. To top off this shock, I was again chastised, this time for wasting my money on smoking products. Mind you, this is a smoke shop. Lastly, their prices are exorbitant, despite their claims to the contrary. A 15ml bottle of nic salt costs 13 dollars. The same exact brand and flavors anywhere online cost less than half that price; in fact, I found 30ml bottles (double the amount) of the same nic salt for only 8 dollars online, even less on sale and with free shipping. I did start anew with a reputable online vender and a fantastic new device, which I love to pieces. It cost less than the faulty device I'd purchased from cheap smokes, works flawlessly, and the pods/coils have lasted more than a month thus far. No leaks, no burned or metallic taste, no burning hot battery. And no being chastised for being a loyal customer. The only positive thing I can say about this shop is that I never have to walk through its doors again. read more

Their customer service is beyond any place I have ever visited. I have some physical challenges, they told me all I had to do is call them from my car, give them my order and they would bring it out to me in my vehicle.
