He creates a friendly atmosphere with everyone who walks into the store. Even when the store is crowded his attention is always laser focused on the customer he is currently helping to ensure the customer has the best experience possible. I also appreciate that there is a television on for when the store gets really busy (which it can!). With that being said, a little variety in what is on the television would be appreciated! I walked in here after being recommended their business since they had EFest 18350 batteries. Me being a on the go vape, I needed to reduce the size of my mech mod. I walked in, asked and I received. Not only that, Keith had TONS of juice out for testing. He got me hooked on Killa Vanilla for my RDA and I've been vaping that now all day! BUT WAIT, there's more. Great place to go whether you're a beginner with a tank or someone with a rebuildable atomizer. The owner is very knowledgeable and will help with any questions or problems. There is a helpful table in the store available for anyone to build there own coils (which is a major plus) and Keith always has new juices for me to try when I come in. Went to go get some disposables with my nephew after work, nobody was in the store at first until a girl hopped out of a car with someone else in it to service the store. Dog was also in the store barking his ass off, and the lady even questioned my nephew for an ID like he was getting something, no customer service and definitely an unpleasant experience. read more

By far one of the best e cig stores around! The guy DJ hook me up with an awesome mod and rda for only 75 bucks.
