Mike assisted me first by wanting to know my goals , then we proceeded and I received the INBODY scan that broke everything thing down into numbers. Mike was very patient and explained this to me and then assisted me with a Quick meal plan example that would help me on my journey. Mike never skipped a beat explaining the importance of me getting that protein in and increasing my water intake. I never realized that I wasn't eating enough protein and how it contributed to the way I would feel throughout the day. I was searching for a protein drink and needed one w/o milk , Mike made a sample right there in the store the level 1 blueberry muffin. It was delicious and I brought it, he also suggested that I add some weight training along with my cardio. Mike was really awesome and I'm really excited with my journey now that I have new Information to use. I will return in 21 days to 30 days to see how I did... Go see Mike

I was in need of Psyllium Husk Powder for another attempt at finding a good low carb bread recipe. After a couple of previous stops that didn't have what I needed, I was on my way to Whole Foods. Natural Grocers jumped out as I was driving by so I decided to give them a try. I quickly found what I needed along with many other things that would be difficult to find at other stores. I roamed around the store checking everything out. I was impressed with the healthy selection of food and the prices were not outrageous like many places. The aisles are wide and you never feel crowded. Granted they were not super busy, but I never turned down an aisle and felt I needed to go around to another one because there were a couple of carts with people looking for items. Although the overall selection may seem small, you will find a great selection and organic. You won't have to look for the small organic section in the back corner. You won't find organic right next to non-organic. This is really the store for those who want better food choices. The employees are just joyful and really make a trip to the grocery store a better experience. I loved everything about Natural Grocers and will be back! Don't be like me and wait until you need that item that isn't on the typical store's shelf, check Natural Grocers out! You will not be disappointed!

First of all, this used to be my favorite Vitamin Shoppe store to get my supplements. After today,…read morethat's no longer the case. I can no longer subject myself to the treatment I've received at this store, as of late. The last straw was when I ordered some items online using a promo code that was advertised in the app. I received a notification that all of my items were ready for pickup and I proceeded to the store to retrieve them. Upon arriving at the store, I was told that one of the items were unavailable, due to a specific flavor being sold out, but there were other flavors available to exchange for it. I was totally fine with that so I found the replacement flavor and walked it to the counter. While in the store talking to the original associate, another associate walked in and settled himself in behind the counter. I mentioned to that associate that I had a conversation with the first associate about exchanging the unavailable item for the one I brought to the counter. He told me that I would have to pay full price for this item and that it couldn't be swapped out for inventory reasons. I understood that but that's not what the original associate mentioned in our previous conversation. I asked the original associate for clarity on what he mentioned to me and that's when the associate behind the counter begins to say that I'm being rude and confrontational. Never have I ever gotten out of line with anyone at that store! In fact, I used to talk at length to the previous employees. All I was trying to do was get the item for the same price I was quoted when I bought the item online but I was called rude for that. Being in a customer service job most certainly can be frustrating but if a customer is seeking to understand, you provide that clarity in a respectful way. This could have all been avoided with them just swapping out the product for the same price I paid for it originally. Instead, the situation escalated to an unnecessary point and the attitude on this guy was unacceptable. I'll be shopping on Amazon from here on out. The prices are better anyway!
