Today was my first time entering a dispensary and buying legal weed, and it's probably been 30+…read moreyears since I have purchased illegal weed. I gave it up decades ago because I didn't like the slight paranoia it caused and i couldn't use it now even if I wanted to since I have a position that still tests for it's usage using federal guidelines not the state. So what was I doing here? Well my wife still uses and her state ID expired last week so I was sent on an errand. The first thing that I learned, was never mention that you are buying for someone else. I was immediately corrected when I told my budtender what my wife wanted. "No, you mean what YOU want", was an instant comeback with a slight smile and a wink-wink nod-nod. So I bought "ME" 2 pre-rolled Sativa joints for $20m and being a first time customer I was offered a 3rd one for 5 cents. The quality... you ask? All I can say is that my wife has been in her studio listening to music, making jewelry and not bothering me about anything since i got home, so I'm gonna say the quality is excellent and worth every penny. The other thing that surprised me was that credit cards are not allowed, so they use your debit card as an ATM, round up to the nearest $5 and then give cash back. My budtender was an extremely "cool dude" and walked me through the process with recommendations and a lesson on edibles, pricing, strengths...since I was curious and a first time visitor. i would have no qualms returning to make a purchase for my wife... I mean MYSELF. The process was actually quite interesting and a unique experience with the three super friendly people that I interacted with. I'm gonna give 5 stars simply for the customer service and experiencing something that I never thought that I'd being doing as a teen from the 1970's.

I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from Eric at Happy Living Medical Sales…read more My power lift chair wasn't working and I feared that I'd have to replace the motor. But Eric talked me through the process to discover the problem. It was a minor fix. The big deal is that Eric wasn't the one who sold me this chair. It was an unknown online dealer! Eric could have treated me completely differently. He could have insisted on a service call. He could have told me it was the motor and really racked up the bill. But this man is completely ethical! He's an honest man of high character. I can't say enough good things about this man and his company. If you are looking for any kind of products that he sells, buy it from this company and this man. Wow!

Took multiple weeks to receive another bed, same installer was sent to assemble. Bed failed withing 24 hours. Eric promised for weeks that a new bed was on the way while my father remained bed bound with no capability to sit up. Eric consistently over-promised and under-delivered on his deadlines - everyday would promise the bed would be delivered tomorrow - for weeks. We purchased a bed from an alternate vendor, and have spent months trying to get the bed returned, the bed was returned and received by Eric over 5 weeks ago - everyday he promises he has sent the refund or will send it today or I should receive it today - he always has a story. Finally today after threatening to escalate I received a $500 refund, a fraction of what the bed and other equipment cost. My experience has been that Eric is a very personable person who will over promise, under deliver and constantly lie to avoid accepting accountability for his failures, he will sound very convincing and authentic on the phone but will never follow through with his promises and will lie at every opportunity to avoid responsibility. I wouldn't wish Happy Living Medical Sales on my worst enemy.
