They have an endless supply of all different types if vapes, coils, pens, juices, salt nic, CBD, edibles, etc. SO MANY THINGS. They also have a customer program to earn points which is nice and the customer service was amazing ! I highly recommend this place to anyone in independence!

I was pleased with the expansion of product available and the knowledge of the backcounter staff, as well as the client that was so incredibly helpful on plumealicious vapes. Girl, you rock~~ Thanks for getting us set up with a vape that tasted like tobacco and gave the same nicotine hit. Wow, it was amazing. (Till someone nabbed it in Utah.. boooo). But, ya'll rock for tobacco/nicotine vapes. (I do flowers, and perhaps that is where my initial disconnect came into play.)

As she makes her way over to me I ask her what kinda pink vapes they have and she says rudely "we only have one pink vape and it's this one." So I tell her the guys that were there yesterday were way more helpful. And she stutters and says well idk so then I ask her what flavors they have at the bottom and she explains and long and behold they have another pink one. She is not helpful and has terrible customer service. I just spent 64$ and over 200$ in the last week here and she wants to be rude? I think she needs a talk with the boss.

Customer Service is absolutely horrendous! First time stopping by there, I read great reviews, but…read moresadly I feel people were paid to do so. I was looking for a new vape to try, as the reviews said "best prices" & they have many varieties to choose from.. as I was taking my time to view the prices of each & decide on the best product of choice with flavor & number of puffs in comparison, the clerk approaches me babbling with a rude tone about "Give me 2 or 3 options of what you're looking at and I will choose one for you, I want your money and your business but my boss is watching on camera and the law says we can't have you stand here and look, even QT & Vape Haven would tell you the same so hurry & choose one" I was disgusted, that's not how you run a shop, let alone treat your customers. While he also said "the law" to me, I decided to question him about his "CBD" products & to my surprise he stated that he didn't know if his products on the shelf contained marijuana either, "You have to read it, I don't know". He also said you don't need a license to purchase them, some say CBD, but when you read some of them it says THC.. nothing else. The product itself looked like the fake marijuana (K2) that caused Seizures & Overdoses years back, & shall we remind ourselves he said "You don't need a license to purchase". Being a licensed green customer that should not be allowed & it's not safe for our children! I do not suggest a terribly owned and poorly running smoke shop like this one, they should be shut down.

However, last I was in they had just gotten raided And the place was completely devoid of any glass or paraphernalia whatsoever. Open day casino / arcade next door that seems to be doing more business than the shop itself. I say casino but that really wouldn't be legal It's more of just an arcade with a bunch of games but I think some of them do pay out. As far as I know they don't deal with any weed, waxes or anything of that nature. They have had Delta 9 stuff in the past and a few like pre-rolls or very small containers of weed but I believe that is why they got raided To begin with. Don't believe they had licensing conducive to selling those kind of products. She don't expect to see Delta 9 or any weed products in the near future.. As far as papers paraphernalia scales and that kind of thing they used to be good to go to for that kind of thing. Don't know what the future holds for them hopefully that will continue It was nice to have them open late for that kind of thing.
