Very rude and condescending for no reason. Just wanted to spend some money. Five year customer, will never be back.

This location always has what we need. They even helped fix one of our sticks. I feel bad that they are open twenty-four hours a day.

The owner was rude as hell, felt like I was bothering him instead of being treated like a customer. Been going there for over 4 years. The owner used to be in a wheelchair. Now since he has had a double hip surgery, is on meth or has turned into just a plain asshole. I will never go in that place again. There are a couple of real nice people that used to work there. Now I understand why they are gone, save your time and being insulted by a person that will be going out of business soon. As you can see they don't even have 3 stars. That is for a reason, insulted my 4 year degree. Called me, "One of those". I will usually not allow someone to ruin my day. This person that has told me in the past he owed the store. When I helped when he was in his wheelchair, at cost of getting in trouble at my job. Told me he would help me out, after recalling the incident. He told me, "can't do that, got demoted". I had the rudest customer service experience from this store today. I've shopped here for close to five years now at least twice a month And always had very friendly customer service associates. I took my business elsewhere. No big deal I'm sure, just like the rude answer, I got on the way out the door of "oh well" but businesses that have rude customer service associates like that don't generally last for very long before business starts to decline. I give 1 star (being generous) it's hard to take any business seriously when they have no available list of the product they sell I mean you can't sample they have no menu of the flavors. How you supposed to know what you can buy. I ask the employees and I got the answer "were too inconsistent for a list and it would be hard to keep up" I thought that was the flicking job. In other words were lazy millennial people and we have no sense. How hard is it to print your flavors and use what's called a copper and make more of them. Super rude woman, asked her if she had something rudely said no and dismissed me. Did not look try to find to find me something similar was 0 help. I spend a lot of money at this place. Get a receipt every time. If something doesn't work you will need one and they will it help you if you don't have a receipt. It does not matter if you are a loyal customer. They don't care and will screw you over. They sell crap product that do not work. And they are overpriced at that. Do not go here. The hub or happy rocks smoke shop are way better at doing business and they actually treat their client like people. Vapor maven is the worst shop in Kansas City. Do not go here. read more

I bought the $50.00 mystery bag,The 4 disposibles 2500 puffs lasted 2 days each and went dead maybe 200 puffs. A bottle of canobis oil with no idea whats in it or who made it. a bottle of vape oil that says sample NOT FOR SALE. 2 bottles of vape oil dated Feb. 2022 out dated. 2 gummies. 2 .99cts hemp wrap. in total no where close to $300.00 value maybe $100.00. This. Place. Is. Amazing!!! So I originally went to another shop but they didn't have the coil I needed so they recommend i come to this place right down the road. I walked in and holy moly!! They place is HUGE. there is a pool table (adults only) and a little sitting area with a TV & couches. They have an endless supply of all different types if vapes, coils, pens, juices, salt nic, CBD, edibles, etc. SO MANY THINGS. They also have a customer program to earn points which is nice and the customer service was amazing ! I highly recommend this place to anyone in independence! read more

Went in there today to buy a coil for my vape. There was a lady in there who had purchased Ejuice thier house brand from them and it had clogged up the tank she just wanted to exchanged for a different bottle. You can hold the bottle of thier house brand juice up to the light and see that it was not right. It was cloudy ,oily , gummy looking. The guy behind the counter would not exchange her bottle of eJuice for her. She didn't even want her money back she just wanted a good bottle. They wouldn't refund her or exchange it. I agreed with the lady and I left without purchasing a new coil for my vape. I will never go in that store again. That is bad customer service. Would give this location a 0 star if it was available, I dont understand this location, they almost act like a monopoly for vape products, theres barely any vape shops around here so they get to charge premium prices for mediocre products. Staff are very rude. Everytime i call up there to see if they have something in stock because everytime i go in there they dont have what i need, its like im an enemy, and im pretty sure its the manager answering the phone, you can tell they dont care about their jobs. I bought two vape batteries of the same type, one was defective and didn't work. I went in and showed them the issue, comparing the two, they tried to act like nothing was wrong at first. Finally when admitting the device was faulty they would not exchange it for a working one. They said they can't exchange these devices if defective, so I am out the 40 bucks for it and they will not back me up and fix the issue. I don't want to go here again for fear another defective device, knowing they don't offer exchange or refunds even if it was a defective device upon sale. read more

I have been driving past other shops to get my E juice and Kratom here for about two years. I received an email from them about a one day only 420 sale that offered 25% off all Glass, CBD, and Kratom. So I make the trip to buy my Kratom, just to be told by the sales person that the email was a mistake, and Kratom wasn't part of the deal. They refused to honor the offer they sent me.
