They let me return one of them without any problems. The second item was missing the remote and instruction manual. I actually think that an employee brought this item from home stuck a price tag on it and put it on the shelf knowing that it wouldn't work. I should have examined item better before I bought it. This place might seem better than it is because of the lack of local competition. Most importantly I do trust this place and most of the employees.

Even in the business pics on here you can see there are not a lot of product displays- that's bc there aren't a lot of product options. I just needed CBN.. any kind, could be mixed w THC, edible, tincture, I didn't care - but all they had that included CBN was a gross drink with sugar and a list of ingredients as long as my Costco receipts.. I'm assuming this shop is a better spot for locals going for generic options; but if you're going for something more specific, or think you can just drop in for what you need, I'd call first to confirm they have what you want instead of wasting your time. Two stars because the rep was very kind, (although not very educated on the industry), and the place was clean.
