When I was at the window, the employee mentioned that this particular product had just come in. Naturally, I asked him, "Is it good?" His response? "I didn't say it was good. I said it was new." Looking back, that should've been my FIRST red flag! Because clearly, being new doesn't mean being good. Unfortunately, after trying the product, I was extremely disappointed. The quality was terrible, the way it smoked was harsh and unpleasant, and it caused significant burning and irritation in my throat. Shortly afterward, I experienced nausea and an upset, acidic feeling in my stomach. Now, here's where it gets even more disappointing. I contacted the business to express my concerns and request a simple $20 refund. Instead of offering any reasonable resolution, the woman I spoke with repeatedly emphasized that this was their cheapest, generic $20 product and that they couldn't offer a refund OR an exchange. She also made it a point to mention that they'd been selling this product for four days and that I was supposedly the ONLY customer who had complained. Okay, and? Does that somehow make my experience any less valid? I'm sorry, but whether a customer spends $20 or $200, their money deserves respect. Selling an inexpensive product doesn't excuse poor quality, and it certainly doesn't justify dismissing a customer's concerns when they're reporting an unpleasant physical reaction. What bothered me most wasn't even the $20. It was the complete lack of concern, accountability, or willingness to make things right. If your response to a customer reporting a bad experience is essentially "Well, it's our cheapest product, what did you expect?" then that tells me everything I need to know about how you value your customers. I won't be purchasing this product again, and based on how my complaint was handled, I won't be returning to this business either. Dr. Smokes, do better. Customers shouldn't have to pay premium prices just to receive basic quality and decent customer service.

The shelves are half empty. Things that should be on sale and stocked are not there. This affects the ability to carry a wider variety of products. I would say go to someplace more competent (not in a disrepectful way) with their knowledge and a better selection. Or online.
