Mike was very patient and explained this to me and then assisted me with a Quick meal plan example that would help me on my journey. Mike never skipped a beat explaining the importance of me getting that protein in and increasing my water intake. I never realized that I wasn't eating enough protein and how it contributed to the way I would feel throughout the day. I was searching for a protein drink and needed one w/o milk , Mike made a sample right there in the store the level 1 blueberry muffin. It was delicious and I brought it, he also suggested that I add some weight training along with my cardio. I've left a review on Google in which the owner responded basically saying I'm judging them on one strain and that I'm full of crap basically. However I have tried 4 different strains from them and the effects are all similar. I have to smoke two blunts or their product to feel anything. It's cheap but not cheap enough. I like to ask questions to see how competent they are. Especially with something as important as supplements. The store itself is thin. They are always out of a lot of things. The shelves are half empty. Things that should be on sale and stocked are not there. This affects the ability to carry a wider variety of products. I would say go to someplace more competent (not in a disrepectful way) with their knowledge and a better selection. Or online.

First of all, this used to be my favorite Vitamin Shoppe store to get my supplements. After today,…read morethat's no longer the case. I can no longer subject myself to the treatment I've received at this store, as of late. The last straw was when I ordered some items online using a promo code that was advertised in the app. I received a notification that all of my items were ready for pickup and I proceeded to the store to retrieve them. Upon arriving at the store, I was told that one of the items were unavailable, due to a specific flavor being sold out, but there were other flavors available to exchange for it. I was totally fine with that so I found the replacement flavor and walked it to the counter. While in the store talking to the original associate, another associate walked in and settled himself in behind the counter. I mentioned to that associate that I had a conversation with the first associate about exchanging the unavailable item for the one I brought to the counter. He told me that I would have to pay full price for this item and that it couldn't be swapped out for inventory reasons. I understood that but that's not what the original associate mentioned in our previous conversation. I asked the original associate for clarity on what he mentioned to me and that's when the associate behind the counter begins to say that I'm being rude and confrontational. Never have I ever gotten out of line with anyone at that store! In fact, I used to talk at length to the previous employees. All I was trying to do was get the item for the same price I was quoted when I bought the item online but I was called rude for that. Being in a customer service job most certainly can be frustrating but if a customer is seeking to understand, you provide that clarity in a respectful way. This could have all been avoided with them just swapping out the product for the same price I paid for it originally. Instead, the situation escalated to an unnecessary point and the attitude on this guy was unacceptable. I'll be shopping on Amazon from here on out. The prices are better anyway!
