Dahlia was incredibly kind and went above and beyond. She walked us through the free rewards program, explaining not only how to find coupons but also detailing a huge deal: if you buy $100 or more in health & beauty products (including that protein powder!) within a three-month span, you will be able to get 30% off your next purchase. She explained that the purchases history for this deal resets after the three months are up. ​She even took the time to offer personalized recommendations, sharing her own experience with thinning and oily hair and suggesting specific shampoo and conditioner products for me to try.
