As a former Vivint customer whose contract finally was up, I was looking for a different solution--something to alert me when things were wrong but nothing "over the top". Wes came out, did an assessment and quoted me a price for a monitored system with an app. The price is less than half of what I'd been paying. Yesterday he came out, installed some new equipment, rewired my main board and tested each zone to make sure it worked. He also went over with me how to arm the system both from the control panel and the app. So far, I'm pretty pleased with what I'm seeing, and the system functions as I needed.
