He worked diligently from October 21 through the week of November 14 on rerouting plumbing behind a wall. He had been paid incrementally every time he made a trip to further complete the job. However, after a scheduled post-Thanksgiving appointment on November 29, he failed to show up or communicate. Despite numerous attempts by myself to contact him via text, call, and email between December 1 and December 11, Todd completely failed to respond nor complete the work on the bid we agreed upon. It has been over three weeks since he last worked, leaving me with: * A non-functional kitchen sink * A large, open hole in the kitchen wall with an exposed, leaking pipe * See video and photo below I have since had to hire a new plumber and a separate contractor to finish and inspect the work that Todd started. So, based on my experience, if you need a project completed reliably, professionally, and in a timely manner, I do not recommend Todd.
