Victor was the first to respond with a high level estimate that I thought was a little high. A day later, he called me with an updated quote, after reviewing the job more thoroughly and his new estimate was right in line with where I thought it should be. Victor showed up the next day with his son and they got to work on the job. Great quality work from two very good people. I am very happy with the work they performed, the price and overall communication. Next project I have that fits their skillset, I will definitely be reaching out to them.

He assessed my broken gate, hole in patio, loose fence sections and posts. He does great, timely work for a fair price. The other thing about the owner is he is really compassionate and friendly. Life got busy, I forgot to get back in contact with him and he was gracious. Thanks Color Changers! I'll be calling for more fixer-upper jobs in the future! You do great work.

I come from a family of carpenters (a tradition I broke, unfortunately), and so I notice and appreciate Eric's attention to customer preferences, details, and quality work. We've got another project on the books (a shower rebuild and other bathroom repairs), and we will be working with Neading for as long as we are in the area. A few details below for those who want it. Outdoor project was a partial rebuild of the front porch, mostly ceiling and fascia that was rotting and poorly built to begin with. Eric carefully removed the gutter, built a temporary structure to keep it in pristine shape, quickly and expertly rebuilt the front of the porch, including extending the trusses a bit, painted, and re-attached the gutter. Looks fantastic. Indoor project was a kitchen floor installation + shoe molding, laundry room flooring, and some minor repairs here and there. All done expertly and quickly.
