We wanted our entire house painted and wanted all of the bad wood replaced. Please see the pics I have attached to this review. These services were done in 2020. The paint job and some of the wood replacements started deteriorating in February 2021. My wife reached out to ask him about the other details and within his response, he said "I'm not touching the back of the house." Not to mention we agreed to a price and signed a contract for it. He convinced us to pay a little extra afterwards, so he could ensure top notch quality. After asking him a few times how much the additional costs would be, he never communicated it to us until a day before the completion of the job. He added on around a couple of thousand and demanded that we give him the money THAT day to pay his people. It didn't feel right, but we went against our better judgement. We went from around $7,000-8,000 to close to $9,000-$10,000. I wouldn't trust him with anything else. He preaches quality, but his work sure isn't. You be the judge! EDIT: I would like to respond to the owner. It's possible that the total amount spent could be off, because I don't remember the exact amount of thousands of we spent. The point is, we spent thousands for work you assured us you could do. Before you started the job, you told us you only did quality work. If paying more would've ensured us that your work would've held up past a year, we would've paid it. If not, we would've had to wait, rather than wasting our money. To all who are looking, just know that thousands were paid to paint our house and replace wood, only to have the job fall apart less than a year. He may be good in other areas and could possibly have a great track record. Just not with us. You can say you worked with us all you want to, but no one wants to see the money they spent go down the drain. I don't want you to suffer or anything, but we have to show the good and bad.
