Availability link was broken. 2. they are SO RUDE. they just assume you are SCAMMER and demanded to call you even if you are not comfortable and it's inconvenient. already too many red flags right? whatever, I still talked to them. 3. after I talked to them about the issues to repair, btw, I had a big job not a small job. the person KEPT INTERRUPTING YOU WHEN YOU TALK. He also had an accent so that was suspicious as hell as well. He told me they had a $85 service fee. what? you are not HVAC, you were a handy man service. I told him the exact phrase and told him I'll document my experience as a matter as a fact on yelp. In summary, this business seems like a brand new venture run by amateurs and money-grabbing greedy teenagers. To be honest, at this point, I almost think this is not a legitimate business. Don't waste your time even considering this place. You are the boss. You can hire whoever you want. You don't deserve to be humiliated and insulted.
