The Comfortable technician discovered the previous company had put too much Freon in our unit and was causing the issues and affecting our bill. He let out some and the humidity problem has been gone now for 2 years. That tech has moved on but Cody did our annual this year and everything was good to go. So for 2 years of consistent good service and no up charge BS games, i absolutely will continue to call them and recommend to others.

The crew the Jamie brought with him were top notch and worked like a well choreographed unit and all were knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how it should be accomplished. Everyone else I called wouldn't install it or wanted to charge twice as much. From now on these are my go to guys. They cleaned up behind themselves (even offered to sweep the floor).
