Please stay away from this company. This company train their sales people to rip off honest people, dragging into bad contracts. They falsely offer rebate within 7 days, giving credit for three months bills and a contract via their another culprit company Mosaic that keep on increasing monthly payments. After you signed contract with them, you are on your own without any support. I had to involve BBB to get rebate after several months that was promised by them within 7 days. I started paying as per contract $129 for $45,000 financed solar panels and their finance company Mosaic has raised monthy payment to $186 and when I contacted them they informed that the increase was according to contract. I contacted with Andrew Foley and Samuel Dealty who assured me that my monthly payment is ging to stay $129, and found out they left company and they get me signed for more than one contracts. Right after I started contact, they provided support for few weeks and they stopped completely. Now I am paying 2 bills, one for electric almost $150 and one for solar panels $186. The electric bill is no longer cost saving and solar is under warranty; however, the advertising of this company does not exist. Streamline Energy Corp is the WORST company I have EVER done business with!! They are the most incompetent group of people. They don't answer phone calls, they don't understand the "reply all" feature in email, and they can't even make it to appts., that take MONTHS to get, on time. They installed our panels in October of 2022, and finally today they were supposed to meet with New Braunfels Utility to do the final connection and they were LATE. NBU left and now we're still stuck with this frustration in our lives. I had your system installed May 3rd and to date it has not yet been activated, which means i have been paying 2 bills. One to Mosaic amd PEC. I have been emailing back amd forth with Joanne and Mike and not a single solution has been reached. No one called to say when they'll be coming out ro activate or finish setup or whatever else that needs to be done. Paying over $300 was not my plan and my family amd I feel completely bamboozled by your company. Of course the sales rep stopped working there shortly after, so we feel alone and taken advantage of. I spoke to both Mosaic amd they clearly haven't done anything either, as we're still Paying for a service NOT provided. Please let us know what needs to be done and if there's bo a capable people, remove this foolishness from our home that we worked so hard to pay for ad this is wrong and bad practice. From day one, the Microinverters were not working at 100%. The system is monitored by them and made no effort to fix or replace them. They are extremely difficult to reach. No one response to phone calls, messages, nor emails. Once finally getting in touch with someone, I got the run around. I was corresponding with Joanne Janho, but she is no longer with the company. I then started communicating with Susana Ibarra whom no longer return my phone calls nor emails. This has been going on since 2021. A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau and they didn't respond to that either. There was a lawsuit filed against this company. Now there is a Class Action Suit being put together to sue them for breach of contract, poor consumer practices, and more. The financial company they use, Mosiac Financing, is no better. They take your money, install inadequate equipment, then disappear. I would have given a 0 Star, but it doesn't exist. read more

We signed a contract and installed the solar panels, but never received the $3,000 rebate (which they promised in writing). Somewhere there is a good review out there with my name on it, because they also promised to pay two months of our electric bills in exchange for a good review. They did not keep that promise either. Also, the solar panels are only producing half of the kWh they promised would be produced. We have been complaining since January with no results. read more

I don't even know where to begin. I will keep it simple. Do not believe this company. While I have no complaints about the solar, the customer service here is horrible. I was offered a refund for switching my energy service. Submitted the paperwork in March. It is now May and still no refund. Last call 2 weeks ago with Susana, she indicated the check would be mailed Friday. Well here we are two weeks later and still no check. Spoke to her boss and here were are 3 days later and still awaiting a reply on the status of the check that should have already been mailed. Absolutely ridiculous. I have had this system about three months and was just informed by oncor that my system is producing no electricity to the grid. I just got my highest electric bill EVER. I have been trying to reach a human with them since 7/18 and it is now 7/21. They have been deducting payments for this system from my checking for about two months now. First, took over a year to connect. never delivered things they said, like new installation, new thermostat. they said my electric bill would be 0, but still paying over 100 a month. My In laws got solar panels from another company, went smother and faster and they got what was promised. they even got an app for phone that they can see how much power they are producing...I have nothing, have no view of what my panels are producing. do not use this company. read more

After the sales representative knocked on our door and provided some sales information, we scheduled an initial meeting so we could better understand the product they were selling. During our initial meeting on 6/25/2022 with the Streamline Green Energy representative (Julian G ) and the VP of Sales (Andrew B) we made it clear that one of the important aspects of going solar was to have extra energy storage in case of a power outage. Both representatives of Streamline Green Energy stated that our system would produce enough electricity to last through a power outage. On 7/5/2022 our solar panels were installed, and the master electrician advised us that the panels would only supply electricity during the day and there would be no excess storage with this system. This was the first indication that we had been sold a system that didn't match our needs, which came as a complete surprise. We contacted our representative (Julian) immediately regarding this concern and immediately request the recording of the zoom recording of both sales meetings, which they stated was for training purposes. During multiple conversations trying to get clarification we requested the Zoom call recordings that would verify our request for backup storage was our main reason for going solar, however, Streamline Green would not provide the recording. Throughout the installation process we spoke to the VP of Sales (Andrew ) voicing our concerns. The VP of Sales stated Streamline Green Energy would work with us because their main goal is for us to be satisfied customers. However, after those few initial conversations the VP of Sales refused to return more than 25 communications over a 3-month period. Ultimately on 10/25/2022 the VP of Sales stated that Streamline Energy would not provide backup storage capabilities for our system however provides us a $18,000 proposal from the Master Electrician (Joe H) for the backup energy we requested upfront and offered no other solution or assistance to provide the product we were told we were getting. We feel that the Streamline Energy representative misled us during the initial meetings and has been unresponsive to our questions and concerns. During each step in the installation process there have been issues with communications and issues with the set-up of our system. We received our Permission to Operate (PTO) letter from CenterPoint on 10/5/2022 and our system was not operating at full capacity due to errors in the wiring of our system until another electrician returned on for the second time to rewire the system on 11/9/2022. As of today, both Julian and Andrew are still completely non-responsive to all our phone messages, emails, and texts...of which each has been documented. We have been told multiple times the $4000 plus rebate check will be provided to us, the first date we were told is over 30 days past due. Additionally, our power went out for four hours on Thanksgiving day and we had no electrical service from the solar panels. So, not only do we not have the backup storage, but the solar panels also don't provide any value during a power outage in mid-day with full sun when the electricity is out. This is the exact reason we decided to invest in solar after the winter storm from last year, which we explained to Julian upfront to be sure we were purchasing a system that would meet our needs. This company was incredibly responsive until all paperwork was signed and they were paid in full which was in late July 2022. Due to the lack of responses to our communications and errors in setting up our system we have zero faith in Streamline Green Energy and feel we have been sold a system that doesn't function in the matter in which was represented or that will meet our initial requests. We have copies of all communications to support what we were told and the number of times we had to reach out to get a response. Our advice is buyers beware of Streamline Green Energy and will be expressing the same concerns to the licensing agency that regulates this company. Buyer Beware read more

7 months, that is how long I have been trying to get them to come out to fix a severely underperforming system under their supposed "warranty". The system was installed in December 2021 and is generating less than 10% of what was promised. It's nearly impossible to speak to a live human being, and your emails will go completely ignored for weeks or months. They say they are busy, yet they don't seem to be doing anything about that since I've been hearing the same line of bs for 7 months now. I am preparing to sue them and welcome anyone who would like to join a class action suit against this fraudulent company. I may pull Mosaic in on this lawsuit as well for aiding and abetting the frauds perpetrated by Streamline Energy. Streamline Energy is not registered to do business in Texas either, at least not the Streamline Energy that is installing solar panels in Texas, or they're registered under another name so that unhappy customers have a harder time finding out who the owners of this sham business are. If you don't care about going green then maybe i can sway you by telling you it's the trendy thing to do now. so stay hip and make the switch. I met with Jonathan and he assured me that my carbon footprint would decrease substantially. All I had to do was just switch electrical providers.
