Horrible experience with this office. This office sent me a mychart message on Friday right before…read morethey closed to tell me I had DVT which is a serious medical issue. They didn't go over the blood thinner at all or even explain how they knew I had DVT. I kept following up to ask questions and they just kept telling me the Dr wasn't in office and would be there tomorrow. Tomorrow would come and the dr still hadn't returned. I asked if I could see a covering dr and was told "they are all in clinic". Why does this clinic not have covering drs?? Especially for an issue as serious as DVT which is a blood clot that can go to your heart and lungs? I have never heard of such. Every other office I've been to at other hospitals would have a dr on call or a covering dr for such urgent matters. It's not like just one dr runs the entire hospital. Then a week later when I finally met with Dr Appleby I asked her why there's no covering drs when she's out and she acted like there should have been. She wasn't apologizing or saying she would look into why I was brushed off after being given a serious diagnosis via a mychart message but had more of a dismissive tone. I asked to see a specialist and she referred me to an office that doesn't even treat DVT. I ended up finding another specialist on my own who told me she misdiagnosed and I don't even have DVT! I will never come back here because it was poor communication AND a misdiagnoses.

Wait times are very reasonable, I'm typically seen within 5-10 minutes... and to be fair, half the time that's because I'm walking in right at the last minute. As for Dr. Chaudhary, she's been great. She actually listens, takes her time, and explains things in a way that makes sense. She has a good balance of being gentle but also straightforward, which I personally like. I've never felt rushed, and she's open to talking through different options instead of just immediately prescribing something. I've also seen a few of the nurse practitioners and they've all been pleasant. If you're on the fence because of reviews, I'd just say go see for yourself and form your own opinion. I've recommended her to friends and family and would continue to do so.
