    Good prices, but lousy service. Paid $30 to mount & balance two tires. I lost a hubcap less than a…read moremile up the hill. Of course it got run over before I could retrieve it. They blamed it on a faulty hubcap. It's funny that I never had any problems with it for thousands of miles in rain or snow. The next day I drove less than sixty miles and lost the hubcap from the other tire they mounted! The hubcaps cost more than the $30 I paid for the work they performed. I should probably re-torque the lug nuts that they said wouldn't need retightening. Followup: After this review I was contacted by the owner and was referred to the local manager. I got two tires I owned mounted and balanced for free and another $30 off an alignment that is already the lowest price in town. Still not pleased with my original visit, but at least they tried to make it up to me.

    I got a call back from the store after an online person scheduled me to just get a new tire or…read morerepair. I'd bought 4 new tires there a few months ago. The caller told me they were very busy, repeated 3x that they had 25 other cars to see the next day when I was scheduled, and did not offer anything else, but giggled and let the line hang. I said I would wait for him to tell me what was available, or I can go someplace else. He said "I don't appreciate your attitude" and I basically hung up. Customer service is definitely lacking. And coordinating their schedule with the online appointment folks.

    A most egregious sequence of events…read more Agreed upon full day drop off for battery replacement; car did not start up right upon pick up, had faith, and it was dead upon morning. Had to Uber kids to school, call roadside assistance for jump. Was not told until back in person that the reason was THEY NEVER REPLACED THE BATTERY BECAUSE THEY DIDNT SEE IT ON THE PAPERWORK. This was the sole issue that had been discussed for 2 days prior. I'm still pleasant at this point; walk home. Receive call ACCUSING me of not giving them my keys; they strongly believe this because "I gave them the car running". I'm like duh, the battery's dead, that was a convenience TO YOU. At this point, I say "you already didn't render services upon payment in full and now you're telling me you lost my keys, why would I believe you?" I hung up, I'm on my way. On the way on my child's scooter, I get a VM, of course they found the keys. Pete(?) meets me outside, hands me keys, tries to show me "what happened". As I'm already getting in my car, he says "I don't appreciate you hollering at my guy". Well, I don't like the false security of being sent off for paid services not rendered and then getting accused of lying and the possible stress of lost keys on top! Wow! I never even asked for a refund. UNACCEPTABLE.
