The entire appointment was exactly 59 minutes. Not only that, when it came time to pay what should have been about $60, I was told it was all covered by the warranty on my Cooper Tires. They knew they would do it for free and still treated me just as good as a paying customer. In this day and age, that's something really worth noting. As a result, I will be using them regularly from now on. Their prices are reasonable, the work good and the staff is very good. This is the type of place I'd send my mother to for her car service. I brought the vehicle back and it turned out it was a bad gasket on a plug. The folks at the shop were great. They found the issue and corrected it right away. After 45 minutes, they called me and told me it's going to be nearly $400 for the two light bulbs, and that it won't be done for another additional 45 minutes. I have places to be!!! Don't be the next victims of these people who see customers as noth but $$$. My only concern is that after reading this review, the mechanics are going to steal stuff out of my car. I can't imagine paying $400 that I don't have for headlight bulbs, the only reason i stayed to have it done is because i already wasted so much time on this already. UPDATE: they charged me over $400 for two headlight bulbs, kept me waiting for over 2 hours, and generally treated me with the utmost disrespect and lack of care AND GET THIS, THEY ONLY CHANGED ONE OF THE LIGHTBULBS. I got completely robbed and I am surprised this is even legal. shame on you guys.
