There is great knowledge and expertise of products and services, things to think about, how things are done, what's really important, and others. It's not all about selling the higher price products and services, it's about what choices the customer has and the pros and cons of those choices. It REEKS of integrity! OK, the service took a little longer than expected, but there was good communication and customer courtesy because of time needed.

This was the sole issue that had been discussed for 2 days prior. I'm still pleasant at this point; walk home. Receive call ACCUSING me of not giving them my keys; they strongly believe this because "I gave them the car running". I'm like duh, the battery's dead, that was a convenience TO YOU. At this point, I say "you already didn't render services upon payment in full and now you're telling me you lost my keys, why would I believe you?" I hung up, I'm on my way. On the way on my child's scooter, I get a VM, of course they found the keys. Pete(?) meets me outside, hands me keys, tries to show me "what happened". As I'm already getting in my car, he says "I don't appreciate you hollering at my guy". Well, I don't like the false security of being sent off for paid services not rendered and then getting accused of lying and the possible stress of lost keys on top! Wow! I never even asked for a refund. UNACCEPTABLE.

They knew they would do it for free and still treated me just as good as a paying customer. In this day and age, that's something really worth noting. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. I had a flat tire. My friend recommended this garage…read morebecause it was so cheap they said. So I towed my car to this garage. Mr Grimmel, the owner, said he can install 4 used tires for $200 and I agreed. He told me to come back in an hour or wait in the waiting room. I left and came back after 2 hours. He handed me a bill of $475 plus tax! He said his worker noticed the brakes needed work and they went ahead and did it. I told him I agreed to get 4 tires replaced for $200 and did not authorize for him to do any additional work, therefore that I was not going to pay for the brakes. He threatened that he will call the police if I didn't pay and that he will keep the car until I paid the full $475 plus tax. He also tried to appeal to pity by saying that he needed to pay his workers. He admitted that his worker was wrong and should've asked before fixing it. But since work was done that he will lose money if he charged me $200. I tried to negotiate with him to give me a discount or meet me in the middle but he wouldn't budge. So I ended up paying the full amount, but decided to not ever step a foot in his garage!
