So far this company (JPG/AZ Alarm) is proving to be much better than other national alarm services... which, based on my experience have bad business practices, unreliability if your alarm is actually set off, poor customer service, and higher prices. This is a much better choice for home security.

My phone broke, I was in the middle of moving, and I called to explain the situation. Your manager said, 'Go f*** yourself, that's some bt, you're fired,' and literally that's what he said. He acted like a complete immature b." Here's the reworded version for you: Not only did I have to drive my own vehicle to multiple locations each night, sometimes visiting three different apartments in Chandler, Mesa, and Gilbert, but I wasn't being compensated for insurance or gas. I was making $18 an hour before taxes, which came out to around $15 to $16 an hour. Additionally, I wasn't provided with any equipment. While driving around late at night--sometimes as late as 12 or 1 AM--I was at risk of being pulled over by law enforcement. I had to travel to various apartment complexes because the company couldn't maintain a consistent schedule. At each location, I would only be able to get a couple of hours of work, and even then, the scheduling was disorganized. I had to speak to the scheduler multiple times to stop scheduling me 30 miles away from each site. One of the locations was practically halfway to Tucson, which made no sense. There weren't many apartment complexes with a place to sit inside, so you were left walking around outside with nowhere to set your stuff down. On top of that, they expected you to go out in the middle of the night with no map or directions and leave things on people's doors, as if you knew where the apartments were after only spending an hour there every few nights. That's a task that should be handled by managers from the apartment complex, not security guards.
