This is a good company to work for , they definitely treat you right. To start with when you go to a new site, they train you. They tell you exactly what you need to do. If you are pleasant to the client's and remove people that are not supposed to be there. Observe all that you see and report it you will do great at this company. They will keep you busy. The best part is, they do not play favorites. Everybody is treated equally. You have to take the good with the bad as some sites paid differently.Based on their bill rate. I have found that their wages are very competitive. If I was going to stay in security, I would definitely want to stay here.

During my time with I was very dedicated to my job. I took on sites to relieve other guards or worked to fill in at some sites. I was pulled off many properties. Sometimes because of personality conflicts. And on some properties the manager micromanage me and would not let me do my job. I got kicked many properties where I felt the company would come to my defense but didn't. It was always my fault. I would try to plead my case to no avail. I felt that Karie the branch manager hated me. I came back to the company in 2020 until 2022. Nothing changed. after COVID-19 they claimed they were short handed so I worked long hours on some sites and my last assignment I worked 6 days straight only one day off. No open door policy, my wife was seriously I'll, they could not give me time off to take care of her, no condolences from them, I could go on but I hope you get my point. I would not recommend working for this company as it has poor management and favoritism.
