I was looking for a place near upland to get my hair done since my usual girl was booked. I ended up parking my car to look on Yelp when I realized that the plaza I was parked in had a hair salon. From the outside, it doesn't look like anything special but oh my goodness - when I first entered, it seemed very busy! (Which is always a good sign). My stylist ended up being Cristina and I'm so lucky that she was able to take me the next morning. I showed her photos of what I wanted and she was able to make it look much better than I ever imagined! The process took only 3 hours and cost me $135. Well I went on Groupon and got the deal with Stephanie set the appointment with her 3 weeks in advance. She was a NO SHOW. I had to contact her via text for any response. She really didn't-want me to use Groupon. Asked me to get a refund and she would still honor the price. I truly feel since I did not get a refund she blew me off. BEWARE!!!!! I came across a Groupon and got my hair colored (for the first time ever) and cut by Stephanie and it was SO BAD. I practically walked out of that salon balling because my hair was so messed up. She rushed through the cut and my highlights came out a brassy orange. My friends who were hair stylists were in shock at how my hair was cut as well. I asked her to frame my face and she gave me shallow blunt side bangs that didn't blend on either sides. She also cut my long hair inches shorter than what I wanted all in one blunt cut in the beginning of the process. She saw my discomfort and dissatisfaction with the mess I had on top of my head and kind of just rushed me out of the seat not even showing me the back of my head. She let me know if I wanted she could use toner on it and fix the orange but that I'd have to text her and find out when she would be next available.
