Contacted seller on ebay before purchase to make sure product details were good. Minutes later i purchased and very next day the purchase was canceled by seller. No proper apology or reasoning given for cacelation. False advertisement. I do understand mistakes are made but if you are trying to cover it with lies you cant trust the integrity of the organization.

I've been rocking my Stradalli Faenza since 2016! I absolutely love its aerodynamics, stiffness, and weight at half the price of the competition! The Best part is I won the USA CRITS series in 2018 on one! Thank you!!!

Hi everyone, I have never done this before but I have never been treated so bad in my life. I had my eye on the Stradalli TT R8. I saved up for a long time for it. I purchased this bike and could not wait to get it. When it finally arrived I found a paint chip in the forks and a scratch in the frame. I thought to myself ok, I can live with that stuff happens. Then I found that they had sent me the wrong bearing. When I called them about the bearing they said that they build over 5,000 bikes and never had a problem. That I should take it to a real bike shop. I told them that it had a paint chip and a scratch in the frame all they said was "oh, well we are really sorry about that." I double checked the headset bearing and yes it was too big so I called them back. I told them that the bottom bearing was a 1.5. They said oh yes that is the wrong bearing. You can buy those at your local bike shop they are really cheap. I was taken back, I don't think I should have to go get my own bearing. A couple days later I took my frame, bars, forks, and bag of parts that they had given me to a race bike shop. That called and said that they can not put the bike together. The holes do not line up so the headset will not go on correctly. I called Stradalli back and talked to David who claimed that he was the general manager. His attitude from the start was terrible. He put the phone down almost immediately after answering the phone and yelled at someone in the background. I explained that I received the bike and found a chip in the paint and a scratch and he said "How do I know you didn't do it" or that it was not UPS. I told him that I didn't appreciate how I was treated by Jim over the phone the last couple of calls. He said with an attitude Jim in 71 years old, I could go slap him if you want or yell at him if that makes you feel better, maybe his wife has cancer or he didn't get laid I don't know. You need to file a claim using the claims email. I explained that I have never been treated like this. I have worked in the service department for several car lines and never treated a customer this bad. He interrupted me and yelled " you are going to get a new F@#king frame". This is how they treat a customer who spend $2700.00 on a rolling chassis bicycle.

Love this bike. I bought the frame on Ebay. It was missing the seatpost clamp. I called the store and they shipped it over right away. Happy

I bought a beautiful carbon 29er frame. It was missing the seat post clamp. I called there and told the rep what happened. I had my seat post clamp in two days. Great customer service.

When we recently decided to continue our daily rides here in South Florida, we looked for bikes that would be better suited to the relatively flat landscape. After careful research, we purchased two Trek Verve 1 assist bikes from B & J Bicycles in October, 2024. Our decision was influenced by the newly released Trek model and the exceptionally friendly customer service provided by owner Vinnie Tamburello. Shortly after, I encountered a persistent issue with my bike's assist function. Vinnie and his team went above and beyond, replacing parts multiple times as advised by the manufacturer. When the issue continued, Vinnie went the extra mile--coordinating with the manufacturer to replace my bike. Throughout, Vinnie assured us, "I'll do whatever it takes to make this right," and he delivered with sincerity and a smile. We wholeheartedly recommend B & J Bicycles for their expertise, professionalism, and unparalleled customer service - before and after the sale. Thank you, Vinnie and the team, for making this a positive experience. Dave & Mary

There was no answer, so we left a meaaage, and we figured that was that, and continued our search. Well, not only were we surprised when Dee called us back within 20 minutes, but she had THREE models that might work for us! AND she would hold one till we got there over the weekend. When we arrived she had sold one of the three, but allowed our granddaughter to test ride the other two, as well as another in the shop. Dee was patient with us, as our teenager had a difficult time deciding. After (finally) making a selection, Dee set up the bike for our granddaughter, and gave her some instructions on how the gears and brakes worked. And we were on our way. It was a pleasure dealing with a family-owned business that has been there for 36 years. And it was easy to see how they have succeeded through two generations of family ownership. The store was the successor to one her father-in-law had in NY and then moved it to Florida 36 years ago. It's now operated by Dee and her husband. I love supporting local family businesses!

My mom has been here in the past and recommended this place…read more When I called the man that answered (I think the owner) said just come by whenever to drop it off. I immediately put my bike in my car and took it over. There was no line upon entering so I was immediately greeted and assisted. I told the man I didn't know exactly what needed to be done but I'm assuming I needed a new chain and new tires. He told me I needed new tubes and tires and that I didn't need a new chain and they could just oil it. He told me the tubes and tires would be $120 and it would be $30 for the oil. I'm not sure bike prices but I feel like this was a little ridiculous, but I was in a pinch so I just went ahead with it. He then aggressively started telling me I needed handlebars/plugs as I had none. I declined and he kept trying to push them on me. I kept telling him I have never used this bike with them and he said he won't let me ride my bike without it so he ended up doing that service for free. I appreciated that, but didn't like how aggressive he was about it. He was doing it out of care, but the encounter kind of rubbed me the wrong way. I paid and was charged $163, and was not given an itemized receipt so I have no clue where the extra $13 came from. Before I left, I asked him how long it would be to pick it up and he said probably a couple hours but he'll call to let me know when it's ready. A week goes by and I don't hear anything, so I finally call them and the same man (I think the owner) answers and tells me it's been ready and he's been waiting for me. I told him he never called to let me know and he said that the day I dropped it off he said it would be ready that same day. I told him that no he said it probably would, but that he would call anyways. He then backtracks and says he never calls people because they're too hard to get a hold of. They did a good job fixing my bike and it really is fast quality service, but the owner is a little abrasive and I think they are overcharging, especially if you're not knowledgeable. Kinda gives car service center energy.
