We eventually discovered Citizen Bike for their many styles and sizes of bicycles, but what attracted our attention were their smaller 16" folding bicycles. We ordered one then another weeks after the first bicycle was ordered then arrived because - quite simply - it was light, portable, easy and FUN to ride! We rode these bicycles for a few months, then my wife was getting tired and couldn't keep up with me on the bike lanes and hiking trails. I decided to help her ride better and to stay alongside me, by looking for a bicycle that was the same as our current bikes, BUT electric! I had to look NO farther than Citizen Bike again, where I found our first bicycles! BUT I wanted a test first, so I picked up a red Lil London ebike for her. The pandemic had started and supply chains has slowed everything, including Citizen Bike. Eventually, it was sent and I took the first ride; it was so fun and a successful test ride, I immediately ordered an eBike for myself in the color white. It arrived faster which made me happier. Today - as I type this - we do NOT ride our bikes everyday. We are both photographers, so our cameras and photography take up a lot of our time. BUT we do find time to ride all year round, including in Winter in the snow and ice! Today it's been three years since we ordered our Citizen 16" folding eBikes, and we just surpassed 1500 miles! As I stated, we don't ride everyday BUT when we can, we do ride! Our longest ride thus far has been about 20miles. During the past year, we have again been thinking of upgrading our Lil Londons with a newer folding bicycle, a bigger motor and battery, and with suspension for a smoother ride. We've tried a few BUT, they do not match the quality nor the sturdiness of our Citizen Bikes, plus it seems ebikes these days are made to NOT be pedaled, and WE like pedaling our ebikes! So, we are keeping our Citizen Bike 16" folding eBikes for now, but just wish they'd upgrade the folding ebikes available displayed on the webpage. It's the same ones we have right now at home that we had purchased years ago!

It came packaged well and there not a single scratch or anything on the bike and the paint is absolutely amazing. Looks like quality stuff. When i ride my bike I feel like i'm in total control. The brakes are really strong. I didn't upgrade for the softer seat which i wish i did because the standard one is very hard and hurts me after a while. I have no regrets about my purchase whatsoever. I highly recommend them. They are extremely affordable and good quality bikes in comparison to the other folding bike brands. Their site is extremely user friendly. I love the convenience of being able to fold my bike I can transport and store it pretty much anywhere. I ride my bicycle AT LEAST 8-10 miles every day. Suffice to say, with the roads and paths here, my bike can take a beating. Let me tell you why I wouldn't use any other company to service my bike.. From the time you call to make an appointment to the time they are finished repairing your bike, you are treated wonderfully. They come to you! How great is that?! No more loading your bike onto your car to get it repaired or maintained. No more leaving your bike for a day or more or waiting a long time in the shop for it to be repaired/maintained. This makes life so much easier. The times they have open for appointments is great. They really try to accommodate your schedule the best that they can. They carry a great selection of parts on board their truck. I asked for an item that I hadn't mentioned when I made my appointment. They had it..at a great price. Their prices are reasonable. They do a lot of work for the price charged when performing a tune up. They do not do any work without telling you the cost before doing it. They do not try to con you into doing any work you don't need, charge you extra for work that should already be covered under the original quote or sell you anything you don't need. I unfortunately had this experience with 2 of my local bike shops. Suffice to say that it was refreshing to experience this honesty. They came to my my place of business when I had a flat. A year later, they came to fix another flat I sustained in a mall parking lot. Both times they came as soon as they could. What other company does that? The best reason to use them... They are a company that cares. Bicycle Doctor is located in palm beach county. I am located in northwest broward. The mobile bike repair company that was supposed to service my area never picked up their phone or returned any messages that I left. Another place that I called said that they only service bikes with flats outside of their shop on a certain span of A1A. My local bike shops said that they do not offer bike pickup and repair at all. It was a really a hassle for me to get my bike, with a flat tire, to a shop. At the time I called Bicycle Doctor they were only servicing Palm beach county. I told them my story and they were kind enough to help me out. After that, I never used another company to service any of my family's bicycles again. Now that they serve my part of broward county, I want to tell everyone how great they are! Use them!!

I had bought a used Schwinn Beach Cruiser online and didn't realized that brakes weren't working and one of the tires was warped! Nice when people aren't honest about stuff they are selling online. Luckily the Jay was able to use my old bike for some of the parts and Jay made my NEW BIKE PERFECT AGAIN...so I could ride it! I highly recommend New Bike Again to everyone. Jay serviced my bike and he finished it all at my house and it was around an hour. Last time I took my bike in for service I was without it for over a week!
