For pickup, despite stating on reservation and confirming twice (day before and morning of), they did NOT provide the requested rear facing carseat required for our baby. They had a car seat set up as a booster which was a safety issue and probably illegal. We had to hold the babys neck the entire trip. The driver did not know how to convert it and he did not have the manual so we could not do it ourselves. For dropoff, again despite confirming the same morning for 9:30 pickup (months ago we stated 8:45 but updated them), when we arrived they are now saying there is no driver until 10:20. They are leaving our baby screaming and waiting in the rain for an hour. Imagine if anyone had to catch a flight. Overall it couldn't have been a more anxiety inducing, unreliable, and unsafe experience. They also did not respond when we provided them with feedback after the first trip.

I found Airport Rides and read the positive reviews, so I requested a quote. Within two minutes of sending my quote request, I received a phone call from a gentleman named Anthony. I provided Anthony with pertinent information, including the date, location, number of passengers, luggage information, and return transportation details. Within 15 seconds, Anthony provided me with a round-trip quote, tax, and tip for his drivers, which was hundreds of dollars less than what other shuttle companies had quoted me for one-way transportation. I had to confirm three times during our phone conversation whether there were any additional fees, since his price was sooo much better than anyone else's.
