My wife and I love cider. And there is no better place to get cider than where they grow the apples themselves. It was a cold and rainy day so the cider house was a little slow but that didn't stop the cider from flowing! The space is very nice and open with tons of seating inside as well as outside {when the day's are nicer}. The people working are great! Everyone is awesome, greeting you with a smile and helping you with recommendations as their menu is extensive. Next time we're in town we will definitely take more time there.
Stopped by Stowe Cider after a day on the slopes to meet up with friends, and it was the perfect après-ski spot. I ordered a cider flight and got to sample four of their delicious and unique ciders. Each one had its own distinct flavor, and I loved the variety. The atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming, making it a great place to unwind. I tried the spruce peak which was my second favorite as it was crisp and sweet in flavor. Next I had the ginger pear cyser which was probably my least favorite as it was more tart but nothing special. My absolute favorite was the blood orange botanical as it was bitter and delicious. Lastly I got the gummy bears because it sounded funky. This one was weird and not a fan I should've known with the bright blue color I would not be a fan. Service was amazing our bartender was super fast as we came in close to closing and he served us quickly. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that it was a bit difficult making it in from the parking lot with all of the ice and snow. But overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'd definitely come back next time I'm in town!
I had my Bachelorette party here and it was awesome! I was able to rent a private and HUGE space, that included a fire pit, fire wood, and our own designated servers and bartender all for an affordable price which I might add is rare for Stowe. I paid under 800 dollars! The coordinator Molly was an absolute doll. She even had me make my own playlist in advance before the event. I shared it with her via Spotify and I got to have it playing during the event through a professional sound system. I was able to bring decorations in advance and the staff set them up for me and did an amazing job. The place was clean even in the bathrooms. Please note the food is bar food which is great if you want to also play games and party like I did! The drinks are great with seasonal options as well! See photos attached
I am always happy to find a dog friendly brewery/ cidery. We stopped at Stowe Cider and hung out on the patio with the dogs. My husband and I enjoyed flights of cider so that we got to experience as many of their ciders as possible. We really liked Tips Up! It had rained a little before we got there and one of the bartenders helped us wipe down one of the outdoor tables so we could hang outside.
Even though it's not be drinking, my wife enjoys an occasional drink. She was dreally craving their gummy bear drink and she got the flight where it offers 4 samples. She said she enjoyed them all. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

We also ordered the bbq pork nachos which Guacamole and sour cream. So good! The bartenders were fun. Great vibes. Great music. Walked it off by hopping back on the trail. Can't wait to see what other blends they come up with next!
We loved this place so much we came back twice! The cider is delicious, and the food is amazing too. There are string lights outside and a nice space inside. Overall, one of the best places we hung out while in Stowe. I tried two of their flights and they were so good. The summer lovin squash meal was so good, I want the recipe to make it for thanksgiving dinner! Definitely don't sleep on this place. It's right off the bike path too, so super easy to get to;
Could not visit Stowe without stopping at Stowe Cider. They have a variety of ciders and other drinks. We tried a flight and was not disappointed. The servers were knowledgeable and friendly. We also ordered the Crowd Control, even though there were only two of us!!! It was a variety of cheeses, pickled fruits , local honey and fresh garlic crostinis. The local cheeses were so creamy and fresh. It was the perfect compliment to the ciders. Definitely a must stop in Stowe.
Great spot to try in the Stowe VT area. Both the insde and outside seating areas were nice and the staff was very friendly and informative when describing all the different drinks they had available. Along with my drinks I also got the pulled pork mac & cheese off the food menu which was pretty good and well prepared. I look forward to trying more of their ciders and food they offer in the future.
I have never had any cider like theirs, with many unique flavor choices and super refreshing taste. I am so glad my friend took me here during my New England trip. I highly recommend this place to anybody who is interested in hard cider.

I decided to get the chesse , vegetable & fruit board, and when it came out, it was packed with a lot of great stuff, but I also thought it was pretty expensive as well. I didn't think the pineapples would have been spicy they did not say that on the menu. We all decided to do the cider tasting, and I didn't really care for the cider, and I thought it was also very expensive, too . It was for $12 . Other than that, I thought it was very nice. Inside, but it was also really dead as well compared to most other cider places.
Over the years, I have purchased 4 packs of Stowe Cider when I come to Burlington for vacation. Visiting this brewery was a must for me and I was not disappointed. We came on a weekday in early September with our pup. We were greeted by a knowledgable bartender. This was a quick stop for us, so my husband and I split a small flight of ciders. We loved all of the flavors that we had. Stopping at Stowe Cider is a fun experience for any cider lovers driving from Burlington to Stowe. This was such a great and quintessential Vermont activity! I really wish I could buy some Stowe Cider down in North Carolina, but I'm sure we will be back to this brewery again one day.

This is our second time coming here on our trips to Vermont. The last time was the dead of winter and every inch of the space was packed. This time it's weekday in peak fall and we basically have the place to ourselves! I love the variety of ciders they have available and the large outdoor seating area was great. A must see if you enjoy alcohol and are in the area. read more
I love exploring new cider places, and on my trip to Stowe, I was excited to see Stowe Cider visible from the road with plenty of parking. We went just for drinks. We elected to sit outside on the deck under an umbrella. We could hear the band from the Japanese restaurant next door. I ordered a flight which consisted of four ciders that I could choose. The server wrote the initials of my choices on a board and told me what they were. I ordered less sweet, more dry kinds. There were subtle differences between them based on the fruit notes. I did miss getting a Huckleberry flavor like I do when I go to Washington state. Our server was upbeat and friendly even though we only ordered drinks. Tip: To enter, use the doors that say "use other door," I thought the arrow was saying go to an entrance around the building but that was an employee only door. read more

I am always happy to find a dog friendly brewery/ cidery. We stopped at Stowe Cider and hung out on the patio with the dogs. My husband and I enjoyed flights of cider so that we got to experience as many of their ciders as possible. We really liked Tips Up! I really wanted to love this place. In terms of atmosphere it seemed a great place to come hang out and play some Cornhole and relax! The service seemed slow and not super friendly. We were there around 3 on a Saturday and it wasn't busy at all. We both got flights and I would say the only one either of us liked was the cider donut. If you don't like pepper then steer clear of their pineapple pepper one! There was a ton of parking and quite a bit of seating. They have a food truck but it seemed overpriced and the quality just wasn't there for us. read more
LOVED Stowe Cider and Shakedown Street. We stumbled across this for lunch and drinks one day in Stowe and I wish we would have noticed it sooner because the food, drinks, and atmosphere was amazing. We ordered the charcuterie board and smoked wings. My husband and I both agreed that these are some of the tastiest wings we have had. The cheese was so good too! Yum!! The cider flight was also really delicious. I loved the donut cider best. They have a lot of seasonal options. They also have a ton of space indoors and outdoors to be seated. I had an amazing time with family at Stowe Cider. It was packed and had live music at the time we went; my family ended up ordering a flight of the basic ciders as well as one beer and one nonalcoholic cider, plus nachos with the mushroom medley to share. Everything was delicious but the highlights were the nachos and the cider flight. There was a good balance between dry, semi-dry, and sweet. The service was nothing to write home about but pretty decent. This is a must-try when visiting Stowe! read more

Wonderful people working here. We did some work at the tables, and got a flight. The apple only cider was my favorite, bought a 4 pack. The wife got a blueberry infused cider. Came back two days later with the parents. Definitely worth going here if you're in Stowe. All the ciders are uniquely flavored, fresh. We only ate the chips and salsa, but the table next to us had all the food and they looked psyched. Will for sure be back next time. read more

This was my favorite spot in all of Stowe! So glad our friends recommended it to us! Definitely check their hours ahead of time to fit it into your schedule if you're visiting Stowe! The brewery was larger than expected with lots of seating inside (keep walking past the main bar!) and some outside. The drinks were so fun and the best cider I've ever had! My favorite was the cider donut cider, a seasonal one, and was able to buy a four-pack as a souvenir! The food was delicious and everything you'd want while drinking some alcohol! The full sized nachos were enough for a group of four, and topped with pulled pork, it cannot be beat! The pulled pork sandwich was also delicious - though I wished it came with sauce. The fries came on the side and were seasoned perfectly. The lobster roll was good - though again, wished it came with some dressing, however, still delicious. Our friends also got some wings that they devoured quickly. Overall, there were good vibes and fantastic food and drinks! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back soon! read more

I LOVE Stowe Cider, so coming here to the tap room was such a treat! They have a huge selection of ciders (as well as other drinks). The staff was kind, helpful, and delivered quick service. The outdoor area was such a nice vibe for hanging out with a big group. There were yard games, fire pits, comfy chairs, and plenty of room to spread out from other folks in the shade. 24 diff tastes . This is their actual brewery.... small for such a wide name and distribution. 4 , 3 oz pours for 7 bucks. Grapefruit was my fav. Others were good but lots of subtle flavors. For those like dry ciders , this is indeed your place . We brought the baby at around 4 on a thursday afternoon and had only a few others in there with us which I liked. My hubby enjoyed his tastings and we picked up a cool t shirt that we liked from the merch in the back. They had water in a cooler and games in the back to play. Bartender was awesome. I visited Stowe Cider with my sisters while waiting for our dinner reservation elsewhere. The cider flights were a fun touch. They had lots to choose from, and you can mix and match. The ciders were tasty. The place was nothing fancy in the bar area, but it looked like they could host events. We didn't really see the whole facility. This was a nice place to kill a little time and taste some fun ciders. read more
