A slice of orange to sink your teeth into! Such an extravagant presentation!

This is a great place to stop for a breakfast and any last minute camping supplies you may need. They have a little of everything. The proprietor is delightful, warm, and friendly to the tourists who stop by. I got a delicious breakfast sandwich to go. It was loaded with gooey cheese and loads of bacon. A greasy goodness! Prices are affordable. Delicious coffee! Friendly service. A great little stop on the way to adventures!

Stow Corner Store is a tucked away place in Stow, Maine. When walking in, you instantly feel like you are walking into a cabin turned into a store, which is fitting due to scenic views all around. The Stow Corner Store offers a variety of options for people that live in Stow, or if you are just passing by. They provide a variety of food options, such as breakfast items, sandwiches, pizza, ice cream, etc. They also provide some Maine-made items like Carrabassett Coffee while also selling some other various drink items and alcoholic drinks. My husband and I went to visit his sister in Stow, and we decided to grab some pizza. We ended up getting the buffalo chicken pizza, which ended up being really good and large. My only reason for not giving this place 5 stars is due to the price. A six pack of beer and a large beer ended up costing us about $50, which is a little steep, however, they are able to inflate their prices due to being the only store conveniently around. In the past, my husband and I have also grabbed the barnyard breakfast burrito, which was also amazing. If you are passing by, the Stow Corner Store is definitely some place to take a look at. Their food is really well-made and good, just be cautious of their pricing.

    Ice cream selections!

Our hungry party of six showed up here unexpectedly after tubing in the river all day; and realized…read moreour destination brewery did not serve food. Oops, my bad. Busy and bustling restaurant and local bar. Neat promo of passing out next weeks menu to keep the locals coming back. We started with haddock bites to share, as well as the tomato/mozzarella app. My group of New Yorker young adults raised on Bronx Italian/Arthur Ave influencers loved it. We each had different drinks utilizing the beer, wine and cocktail menus and had entrees including fish, all the taco varieties (my largely vegetarian daughter enjoyed her falafel tacos very much). My generous baked haddock serving will last me at least three meals and the cous cous salad and roasted zucchini were delicious and a nice modern spin on the classic Maine dish typically served without greens and often too heavy and rich potatoes. Our server was super busy, but obviously so was the kitchen, but it gave us time to revisit the interesting beverage lists again. Highly recommend as a stop in enjoying the River, North Conway or the upcoming Fair. I'd love to go back!

It is located in Maine but was only around 15minutes away as Conway is at the border. The establishment is located in small town of Fryeburg and has plaza with some parking available. Place seemed pretty busy when we came but luckily we were able to be seated right-away. Inside is spacious and looks like a tavern with interesting mix of sports, arcade, hunting and seafood decorations. There is also live lobster in water tank. We ordered some raw bar with dozen oysters, dozen clams, and 1/2 lb shrimp. The oyster was good size and flavorful. Shrimp was large and great as well. Clam was a bit smaller and was not as good as the others. We also got some bang bang shrimp and 1lb boiled lobster. The bang bang shrimp was pretty good. Pretty much what i expected in terms of flavor. Boiled lobster was tasty. Nicely boiled and relatively easy to deshell. Overall the food was good. Service was good and the staff were attentive. Overall it's a solid place for seafood/Mexican fusions. They also do live music on Wednesday and do special offer for Mondays through Thursday i.e Oysters half off on Monday. Seems like a bar where locals come hang out and grab food and drinks. Price was definitely on higher side. With exception to Shrimps which were actually not too bad comparatively as they were 2.50 each or $25 for 1 lb.

A true American old country store. When you walk in, there is so much to look at, many jars of different pickled items. Knick Nacks, cards and such. There is a great bakery case next to the deli case where you order your sandwich. I believe there are twelve different sandwiches. I got the number eight which was a grilled panini filled with deliciousness...chicken, pesto, baby spinach, and roasted red peppers. My boyfriend got a turkey club wrap with chipotle mayo. He loved it! I can't remember what number his was. They call your name when ready. You can grab any type of chips, beer, wine, or soda and then pay. Plenty of seating inside. Very quaint. Can't wait to go back again!

The homemade breakfast sausage gets a 10/10 and THANK YOU for using real eggs for the breakfast sandwiches. An angel loses its wings every time an egg patty is heated in a microwave. I also had the jerk chicken wrap for lunch. I was worried about getting a wrap as it was going to sit for a few hours until lunch time, but it held up perfectly. And it wasn't dry either! The chicken seasoning was very good. Will be coming back!!

I would be giving this a 1-star if it was purely based on the staff interaction alone. Tell me why the tween at the register closest to the entrance when we ordered a little after 10AM today is smiles for miles with me, but when my wife asks if they have lattes or flavored coffee, this girl gets short with her? Also we really need to drop calling women "ma'am." I have not met a woman that likes that. So when this tween says "no ma'am we don't" in an annoyed tone with her how do you think she took that? My wife is 26 for context- so why some girl that is probably only a few years younger thinks that is appropriate is beyond me- it even made her cry after the interaction. In all my years of customer service I have only called women "miss." So anyways- this girl was rude and she should learn that you have to treat all parties equally- man or woman, and let them ask questions without being rude. You are a cashier- that is part of the job. If the business cares to track this, I have attached a photo of the receipt for you so that you may tell this girl that sort of behavior, no matter how large or small the interaction, really put a damper on someone's day. Think before you speak.
